The 1956 Baltimore Colts season marked the fourth year for the second Baltimore Colts franchise in the National Football League (NFL). Under third-year head coach Weeb Ewbank, the Colts posted a record of 5 wins and 7 losses, fourth in the Western Conference. [1] This is also the first season to feature future Hall of Famers Johnny Unitas and Lenny Moore.
