The 1994–95 Alpha Ethniki was the 59th season of the highest football league of Greece. The season began on 24 September 1994 and ended on 4 June 1995. Panathinaikos won their 17th Greek title and their first one in four years.

The 2003–04 Cypriot First Division was the 65th season of the Cypriot top-level football league. APOEL won their 18th title.

The 2007–08 Gamma Ethniki was the 25th season since the official establishment of the third tier of Greek football in 1983. It started on September 23, 2007 and ended on June 8, 2008. Diagoras and Kavala were crowned champions in South and North Groups, respectively, thus winning promotion to Beta Ethniki. The third promotion ticket was gained by Anagennisi Karditsa, second-placed in North Group, after the win against Ilioupoli, second-placed in South, to the single play-off match which was held on June 14, 2008, at Georgios Kamaras Stadium.

The 2010–11 Football League is the second division of the Greek professional football system and the first season under the name Football League after previously being known as Beta Ethniki. Its regular season began on 12 September 2010 and ended on 15 May 2011; the promotion play-offs, originally scheduled to take place immediately afterwards, were postponed to late July 2011 in wake of the Koriopolis scandal.

The 2005–06 Gamma Ethniki was the 23rd season since the official establishment of the third tier of Greek football in 1983. Asteras Tripolis and Agrotikos Asteras were crowned champions in South and North Group respectively, thus winning promotion to Beta Ethniki. Ethnikos Piraeus, Messiniakos, PAS Giannina and Panthrakikos also won promotion due to expansion of Beta Ethniki from 16 to 18 teams.

The 2016–17 Cypriot Cup was the 75th edition of the Cypriot Cup. A total of 25 clubs were accepted to enter the competition. It began on 26 October 2016 with the first round and concluded on 24 May 2017 with the final held at GSP Stadium. The winner of the Cup was Apollon Limassol for ninth time and qualified for the 2017–18 Europa League second qualifying round
