The Lux Style Awards is an award ceremony which has been held annually in Pakistan since 2002. The ceremony celebrates "style" in the Pakistani entertainment industry, such as cinema, television, fashion, music, sports and film industry. Categories have changed over the years, but most are awarded by panels of judges who are experts in the respective industries, with some "people's choice" awards in the film and TV categories.
Fahad Salahuddin ; born 26 June 1983) known professionally as Fahad Mustafa Tunio is a Pakistani actor and producer who works in Urdu films and television. Described in the media among the nation's highest-paid actors, Mustafa is best known as the host of Jeeto Pakistan, the "biggest game show" of Pakistan.
Mehwish Hayat is a Pakistani actress who primarily works in Urdu films, and formerly, in television. The 15th Lux Style Awards ceremony, presented by Lux to honor the best in fashion, music, films, and Pakistani television in 2015, took place on 29 July 2016 at Expo Center, Karachi, Sindh, beginning at 7:30 p.m. PST. During the ceremony, LUX presented the Lux Style Awards in four segments including Film, Fashion, Television, and Music. The ceremony was televised in Pakistan by Geo Entertainment and was produced by Lux Unilever Pakistan.

Punjab Nahi Jaungi, is a 2017 Pakistani romantic comedy film directed by Nadeem Baig and written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar. It stars Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat alongside Sohail Ahmed, Saba Hameed ,and Urwa Hocane in pivotal roles. The story is about a love triangle between the lead characters, and also exhibits the Punjabi culture of Pakistan. A spin-off, titled London Nahi Jaunga, was released to mixed reviews in 2022.
Load Wedding is a 2018 Pakistani romantic comedy film, which is directed by Nabeel Qureshi and co-written and co-produced by Fizza Ali Meerza under the banner of Filmwala Pictures. The film stars Fahad Mustafa and Mehwish Hayat in lead roles. Released on Eid al-Adha; 22 August 2018, it was distributed by IMGC and Geo Films nationwide, and by Zee Studios internationally.
Ahmed Ali Akbar is a Pakistani actor who primarily works in Urdu television. He marked his television debut at the age of thirteen in PTV's drama Stop Watch. He guest-starred in the 2013 drama film Siyaah and started his professional acting career in 2014, since then he has appeared in several television series. Akbar is best known for playing the titular character Parizaad in Hum TV's popular drama Parizaad in 2021 for which he won several awards including Hum Awards for Best Actor - Popular. Ranjha Ranjha Kardi is a 2018 Pakistani drama serial that aired on Hum TV. It is directed by Kashif Nisar and written by Faiza Iftikhar, starring Iqra Aziz, Imran Ashraf and Syed Jibran. It emerged as one of the most iconic dramas in Pakistan television history. The serial is produced by Momina Duraid under their banner MD Productions in collaboration with SBCH Productions.

Laal Kabootar is a 2019 Pakistani action crime thriller film directed by Kamal Khan, produced by Hania Chima and Kamil Chima, and written by Ali Abbas Naqvi. Taha Malik is the music director while Danial Hyatt, son of Rohail Hyatt, provides the background score. The film features Ahmed Ali Akbar, Mansha Pasha, Rashid Farooqui, Raza Gillani, Syed Mohammad Ahmed, and Ali Kazmi. The film was released on 22 March 2019.

Faiza Iftikhar is a Pakistani writer, author, novelist and screenwriter. She is active in the Pakistani television industry and known for her romantic and social plays. Her popular plays include Dil Lagi, Aunn Zara, Ranjha Ranjha Kardi etc. Her writing for Ranjha Ranjha Kardi earned her Lux Style Award of Best TV Writer. Her recent projects are Bandhay Aik Dor Say, Pehli Si Muhabbat and Prem Gali. Furthermore, she wrote the screenplay of Lollywood movie Tich Button.
Amna Mufti is a screenwriter, columnist and author from Pakistan. She has written more than five novels and more than twenty television series. Her accolades include a Lux Style Award and a PEN Award.
The 20th Lux Style Awards presented by Lux to honor the best in fashion, music, films and Pakistani television of 2020, took place on 9 October 2021 in Karachi.
The Lux Style Award for Best TV Actress is given by the Lux as part of its annual Lux Style Awards for best performance by an actress in a Pakistani TV series as voted by the general public.
