The final was played on 3 May 2004 at Parnell Park in Dublin, between St Kieran's College and St Raphael's College, in what was their first ever meeting in the final. [2] St Kieran's College won the match by 3–20 to 1–06 to claim their 16th Croke Cup title overall and a second successive title. [3] [4]
