The 59th Santosh Trophy 2004 was held in Delhi from 14 October 2004 to 31 October 2004. Kerala won their fifth title beating Punjab (3-2) in the finals. [1]

The 2010 Santosh Trophy was the 64th edition of the tournament. All matches of the tournament from the quarter-finals stage were played at the Yuva Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata. The tournament began on 16 July 2010 and ended on 8 August 2010 when the final match was played between Bengal and Punjab.

The 2002–03 Santosh Trophy was the 58th Santosh Trophy. It was held from 17 October up to 5 November 2002 in Imphal, Manipur.

Thirty-two teams from all over the country, representing numerous states intended to take part in the national state championships but six teams pulled out. At the final Kerala won 3–2, on a Golden Goal scored by Abdul Hakkim during extra time against Goa.

The 1999–2000 Santosh Trophy was the 56th edition of the Santosh Trophy, the main State competition for football in India. It was held from 9 to 23 April 2000 in Thrissur and Chalakudy, Kerala. Twenty-eight teams from all over the country were supposed to take part in the national state championships, but six pulled out. Maharashtra beat the home team of Kerala 1–0 in the final.

The 65th National Football Championship for Santosh Trophy 2010–11 was held in Assam, India, 6–30 May 2011. 31 teams were divided into eight clusters with last year's semi-finalists directly finding their place in the Groups Quarterfinal round.
