The 2010 IIHF U18 Women's World Championship Division I tournament was the second Division I tournament of the U18 Women's World Championship in ice hockey. Division I was played as a single tournament of six teams and it represented the second tier of competition at the 2010 IIHF U18 Women's World Championship.

Contents

The Division I tournament was played at the Piešťany Ice Rink (Slovak : Zimný štadión Piešťany) in Piešťany, Slovakia during 3 to 9 April 2010. [1] Switzerland was the tournament champion and earned promotion to the Top Division of the 2011 IIHF U18 Women's World Championship.

The 2010–11 women's national hockey team represented the United States in various tournaments during the season. The team won the gold medal at the Women's World Championships. The head coach of the National team was Mark Johnson.

The IIHF European Women's Champions Cup or EWCC was an annual women's ice hockey club tournament, contested by the national women's ice hockey champions from several European ice hockey playing nations. The event was established and organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). The competition format included two group phases followed by a final round. Each phase was played as a round robin in groups of four teams each.

The Hungarian women's national under 18 ice hockey team is the national under-18 ice hockey team in Hungary. The team represents Hungary at the International Ice Hockey Federation's IIHF U18 Women's World Championship and other international under-18 tournaments and events.

The Australian National Women's Under-18 ice hockey Team (NWU18T) is the women's National Under-18 ice hockey team of Australia. The team is controlled by Ice Hockey Australia, a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation.

The Romania women's national under-18 ice hockey team is the women's national under-18 ice hockey team of Romania. The team is controlled by the Romanian Ice Hockey Federation, a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation. In 2016 the team debuted at the IIHF World Women's U18 Championships where they competed in the Division I Qualification tournament, finishing in last place.

The 2014–15 IIHF European Women's Champions Cup was the eleventh competition held for the IIHF European Women's Champions Cup. It was the last holding of the tournament before its scheduled stoppage in 2015. SKIF Nizhny Novgorod of Russia's Women's Hockey League won the tournament for the second time; the team had previously won the cup in 2009.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Mixed-NOCs at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics</span> Sporting event delegation

Teams made up of athletes representing different National Olympic Committees (NOCs), called mixed-NOCs teams, participated in the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics. These teams participated in either events composed entirely of mixed-NOCs teams, or in events which saw the participation of mixed-NOCs teams and non-mixed-NOCs teams. When a mixed-NOCs team won a medal, the Olympic flag was raised rather than a national flag; if a mixed-NOCs team won gold, the Olympic anthem would be played instead of national anthems. A total of 6 events with Mixed NOCs were held.

The South Korea women's national under-18 ice hockey team is the women's national under-18 ice hockey team of South Korea. The team is controlled by the Korea Ice Hockey Association, a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation. The team made its international debut in January 2019 and currently plays in Division I Group B of the IIHF World Women's U18 Championships.
