The 2012–13 season is the 17th edition of Europe's premier basketball tournament for women – EuroLeague Women since it was rebranded to its current format.

Game 1 will be played on 19 February 2013. Game 2 will be played on 22 February 2013. Game 3 will be played on 27 February 2013. The team that won two games first, advanced to the quarterfinals. UMMC Ekaterinburg qualified directly to the quarterfinals as hoster of the Final Eight.

BC UMMC Ekaterinburg is a Russian women's basketball team based in Yekaterinburg competing in the Russian Premier League and FIBA Europe's Euroleague. It has been a highly successful team in recent years.

Final Eight

Quarter-Final Round

The Final Eight will be held in Yekaterinburg. The Quarter-Final Round will be played in a round robin system with two groups of four teams. The two group winners will advance to the Semi-Final Round.

Yekaterinburg City in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia

Yekaterinburg, alternatively romanised Ekaterinburg, is the fourth-largest city in Russia and the administrative centre of Sverdlovsk Oblast, located on the Iset River east of the Ural Mountains, in the middle of the Eurasian continent, on the Asian side of the boundary between Asia and Europe. It is the main cultural and industrial centre of the oblast. In 2017, it had an estimated population of 1,488,791. Yekaterinburg has been dubbed the "third capital of Russia", as it is ranked third by the size of economy, culture, transportation and tourism. It is located about 1,420 kilometres (880 mi) to the east of Moscow.

Nicolò Melli is an Italian professional basketball player for Fenerbahçe of the Turkish Basketball Super League and the EuroLeague. He also represents the senior Italian national team. He mainly plays at the power forward position, but he has also played at center. Melli earned an All-EuroLeague Second Team selection in 2017.

The 2014–15 EuroLeague Women season was the 19th edition of EuroLeague Women under its current name. Including the playoffs, the season ran from 11 November 2014 until 12 April 2015. Fifteen teams across eight countries were divided into two groups, with the top four from each group advancing to the postseason.
