The 2012 Hun Sen Cup was the 6th season of the Hun Sen Cup, the premier knockout tournament for association football clubs in Cambodia. The reigning champions were Preah Khan Reach, after they won their first title last season. Preah Khan Reach successfully defended their title, beating Nagacorp FC in the final.

16 teams entered the group stage, including 9 of the 10 Cambodian League teams. 16 teams were divided into 4 groups of four. [1] The top two teams in each group advanced to the quarter-finals after which the tournament continued in the traditional knockout format.

Phnom Penh Crown Football Club, commonly referred to as Crown or PPC, is a Cambodian professional football club based in Sangkat Toul Sangke II, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh. The club competes in the Cambodian Premier League, the top flight of Cambodian football.
The Hun Sen Cup is a Cambodian knockout football cup competition held annually by the Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC). Thirty-four teams participated in the competition as of 2023–24 season, including all clubs from the Cambodian Premier League and some from the Cambodian League 2. The cup usually starts from February and ends in November, the winner qualifies for the Cambodian Super Cup.
