The 2014 World RX of Argentina was the 12th and final round of the inaugural season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. [1] The event was held at the Autodromo Rosendo Hernandez in San Luis, Cuyo.

The Autódromo Rosendo Hernández is a motorsports circuit located in San Luis, Argentina. It has hosted events in the TC2000 Championship, Turismo Carretera and Formula Renault Argentina series, as well as the World RX of Argentina of the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2014. The circuit is close to Potrero de los Funes Circuit, which hosted the FIA GT Championship.

It started with the DSC-RX100, announced on 6 June 2012, and is part of the Cyber-shot RX line of digital cameras made by Sony. Reinis Nitišs is a rallycross driver from Jēkabpils, Latvia. He is the winner of the Super1600 division in the European Rallycross Championship in 2013 and is the youngest event winner in FIA World Rallycross Championship history.
Andreas Bakkerud is a rallycross driver from Bergen, Norway. He has competed in the FIA Rallycross Supercar class since 2013 in both Euro RX and World RX, and Nitro Rallycross since 2021. He became European Champion in 2021.

The event was held at the Autódromo Municipal Juan Manuel Fangio in Rosario, Santa Fe, over one day following the declaration of unsafe track conditions on the first scheduled day of competition. This led to the first World Championship event to be held over only three heats. Petter Solberg secured his second consecutive title having only needed to advance to the semi-finals to achieve it.
