The 2014 World RX of Argentina was the 12th and final round of the inaugural season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. [1] The event was held at the Autodromo Rosendo Hernandez in San Luis, Cuyo.

The Autódromo Rosendo Hernández is a 4.500 km (2.796 mi) motorsports circuit located in San Luis, Argentina. It has hosted events in the TC2000 Championship, Turismo Carretera and Formula Renault Argentina series, as well as the World RX of Argentina of the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2014. The circuit is close to Potrero de los Funes Circuit, which hosted the FIA GT Championship.

The 2014 FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy was the first edition of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. The season consisted of twelve rounds and started on 3 May with the Portuguese round at Montalegre. The season came to end on 23 November, at San Luis, Argentina.

The 2015 World RX of Argentina was the final round of the second season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. The event was held at the Autódromo Municipal Juan Manuel Fangio in Rosario, Santa Fe, over one day following the declaration of unsafe track conditions on the first scheduled day of competition. This led to the first World Championship event to be held over only three heats. Petter Solberg secured his second consecutive title having only needed to advance to the semi-finals to achieve it.

The 2017 FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy was the fourth season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. The season consists of twelve rounds, started on 1 April with the Spanish round at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and concluded on 12 November at the Killarney Motor Racing Complex in Cape Town, South Africa.

The Autódromo Municipal Juan Manuel Fangio is a 3.910 km (2.430 mi) motor sports racing circuit located in Rosario in the Santa Fe Province of Argentina. The circuit is named after five-time Formula One champion, Juan Manuel Fangio (1911–1995).
