The 2016 Home Hardware Canada Cup of Curling was held from November 30 to December 4 at Westman Communications Group Place [2] in Brandon, Manitoba.

Contents

Reid Carruthers and his rink from Manitoba won the men's tournament, qualifying his team for the 2017 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials. Jennifer Jones, also from Manitoba and her team won the women's event, but had already previously qualified for the Olympic Trials.

This was Moose Jaw's first time hosting the Canada Cup, and Saskatchewan's second time hosting the Canada Cup, which was held in Yorkton in 2009. TSN broadcast the tenth edition of the Canada Cup.

The 2013 CIS/CCA Curling Championships were held from March 20 to 24 at the Kamloops Curling Club in Kamloops, British Columbia. The host university of the event was Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops.

The 2013 Players' Championship was a curling tournament held from April 16 to 21 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Ontario as part of the 2012–13 World Curling Tour. It was the fourth men's and fifth women's Grand Slam event of the 2012–13 curling season. The event was held in a round robin format.

The 2013 Masters Grand Slam of Curling was held from October 29 to November 3 at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre in Abbotsford, British Columbia as part of the 2013–14 World Curling Tour. The Masters was the first Grand Slam on the men's tour and the third Grand Slam on the women's tour. The purses for both the men's and the women's events were CAD$100,000 each.

The 2019 KIOTI TRACTOR Tour Challenge was held from November 5 to 10, at the Pictou County Wellness Centre in Westville Road, Nova Scotia. It was the second Grand Slam event of the 2019–20 season.

The 2021 Canadian Olympic Curling Pre-Trials were held from October 25 to 31 at the Queens Place Emera Centre in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. The event qualified two teams for the 2021 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The 2022 KIOTI Tractor Champions Cup was held May 3–8 at the Olds Sportsplex in Olds, Alberta. It is the fifth and final Grand Slam event of the 2021–22 curling season.

The 2023 Everest Canadian Curling Club Championships were held from November 19 to 25 at the Assiniboine Memorial Curling Club in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The event is the Canadian championship for "club-level" curling, that is for curlers who are not currently playing at the high performance level.
