The 2016 NLA Premier League is the sixth season of top-tier football in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under its current format, and it is also the 11th season of top flight football altogether. The defending champions are Hope International, who won the title in 2014 (no competition was held in 2015).

The sport of association football in the country of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is run by the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation. The association administers the national football team, as well as the NLA Premier League.
