The 2016 Tour de Langkawi was the 21st edition of an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in Malaysia since 1996. The race was run at the highest category apart from those races which make up the UCI World Tour, and was rated by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as a 2.HC (hors category) race as part of the UCI Asia Tour.

The 2015 Tour de Langkawi was the 20th edition of the Tour de Langkawi road cycling stage race. It took place in Malaysia between 8 and 15 March 2015, consisting of eight road stages. The race was rated by the UCI as a 2.HC race as part of the 2015 UCI Asia Tour.

The race returned after a one-year hiatus, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia, and is making its second appearance in the UCI ProSeries.
