The 2019 Cork Junior A Football Championship was the 121st staging of the Cork Junior A Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1895. The championship draw took place on 2 September 2019. The championship began on 15 September 2019 and ended on 10 November 2019.
On 10 November 2019, Kilshannig won the championship after a 0–22 to 0–11 defeat of St James' in the final at Páirc Uí Rinn. [1] This was their third championship title overall and their first title since 1996.
St James' Alan O'Shea was the championship's top scorer with 0–17.

Kilshannig is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the parish of Glantane in County Cork, Ireland. The parish in north Cork is split into three villages, Glantane, Dromahane and Bweeng. The club was founded in the same year as GAA's founding, in 1884. Cill Seannaigh comes from St Senach, who founded a church near the present site of the Church of Ireland at Newberry. The club fields Gaelic football and hurling teams in competitions organised by Cork county board, and by the Avondhu division.
St James' GAA (Cork) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the parish of Ardfield–Rathbarry, in Cork, Republic of Ireland. The club has both hurling and Gaelic football teams. The club is part of Cork GAA and also part of the Carbery GAA division. Whilst the club has traditionally been primarily a Gaelic football one, hurling has grown in the 21st century. The club, like the parish has often been nicknamed "the Mountain". They are competitive in both Junior 'A' codes in the division.
