The 2018 Cork Junior A Football Championship was the 120th staging of the Cork Junior A Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board. The draw for the opening round fixtures took place on 10 December 2017. The championship ran from 15 September to 27 October 2018.

The final was played on 27 October 2018 at Páirc Uí Rinn in Cork, between Dromtarriffe and Kilmacabea, in what was their first ever championship meeting. [1] Dromtarriffe won the match by 2–09 to 2–08 to claim their fourth championship title overall and a first title in 59 years. [2] [3]

Kilmacabea's Damien Gore was the championship's top scorer with 0-29.

The Cork Junior A Football Championship is an annual Gaelic football competition organised by the Cork County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association and contested by the top-ranking junior clubs in the county of Cork in Ireland. It is the sixth tier overall in the entire Cork football championship system.

Duhallow GAA is a Gaelic football and hurling division in the barony of Duhallow, County Cork, Ireland. The Duhallow Junior A Football Championship is the top footballing competition in the Duhallow division in Cork. It was first run after the formation of the Duhallow division in 1933. The Championship includes a group stage, therefore every team has at least 2 matches. The winners and runner up of this competition go on to compete in the Cork Junior A Football Championship.

Kilshannig is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the parish of Glantane in County Cork, Ireland. The parish in north Cork is split into three villages, Glantane, Dromahane and Bweeng. The club was founded in the same year as GAA's founding, in 1884. Cill Seannaigh comes from St Senach, who founded a church near the present site of the Church of Ireland at Newberry. The club fields Gaelic football and hurling teams in competitions organised by Cork county board, and by the Avondhu division.

Dromtarriffe GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the north-west of County Cork, Ireland. The club is affiliated to the Duhallow division of Cork GAA. Their hurling team currently competes in the Duhallow Junior A Hurling Championship and their football team currently competes in the Cork Intermediate A Football Championship.

The 2017 Cork Junior A Football Championship was the 119th staging of the Cork Junior A Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board. The draw for the 2017 fixtures took place on 11 December 2016. It was the first championship to include beaten divisional finalists. The championship ran from 9 September to 29 October 2017.

The 2019 Cork Intermediate Football Championship was the 84th staging of the Cork Intermediate Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909. The draw for the opening round fixtures took place on 15 January 2019. The championship ran from 7 April to 2 November 2019.
