Boherbue GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club founded in 1888 [1] and based in the village of Boherbue in the north-west of County Cork, Ireland. The club plays Intermediate A football in the Cork County Championship.

Duhallow GAA is a Gaelic football and hurling division in the historical barony of Duhallow, County Cork, Ireland. This barony is situated in the northwest region of the county, and includes towns such as Kanturk, Millstreet, and Newmarket. It is one of eight divisions of Cork County Board. It organizes competitions for the clubs within the division, from Under 12 up to the adult level. The winners of these competitions compete against other divisional champions to determine which club is the county champion. In addition, the division selects football and hurling teams from the adult teams playing at junior level or county intermediate level, and these then compete for the Cork Senior Football Championship and Cork Senior Hurling Championship. Since hurling is the weaker sport in the division, a divisional team has also participated in the Cork Minor Hurling Championship and Cork Under-21 Hurling Championship.

The Duhallow Junior A Football Championship is the top footballing competition in the Duhallow division in Cork. It was first run after the formation of the Duhallow division in 1933. The Championship includes a group stage, therefore every team has at least 2 matches. The winners and runner up of this competition go on to compete in the Cork Junior A Football Championship.

The Duhallow Junior A Hurling Championship is an annual hurling competition organised by the Duhallow Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association since 1933 for junior hurling teams in the Barony of Duhallow in County Cork, Ireland.

Glenlara GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the rural area of Taur, Newmarket, County Cork, Ireland. The club plays Gaelic football in the Duhallow division competitions. Glenlara GAA Club was founded in 1939 by D.A. Daly, P.Shine and R O'Keeffe. Other clubs in the Glenlara area include Newmarket, Boherbue and Kiskeam. In recent years Glenlara GAA have established a permanent home at the old school in Glashykinleen which is central to Taur and Glenlara area. The old Glashykinleen school is now their changing rooms and they have developed a playing pitch adjacent to this. Glenlara won the Duhallow Junior B Football Championship Final Group 2 in 2011 and again in 2013.

Founded in 1882 Kanturk GAA is a dual Senior Gaelic Athletic Association club with Gaelic football and hurling teams, based in the town of Kanturk, County Cork, Ireland which forms part of the parish of Kanturk and Lismire. It is affiliated with Cork GAA and plays in Duhallow division competitions.

Kilshannig is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the parish of Glantane in County Cork, Ireland. The parish in north Cork is split into three villages, Glantane, Dromahane and Bweeng. The club was founded in the same year as GAA's founding, in 1884. Cill Seannaigh comes from St Senach, who founded a church near the present site of the Church of Ireland at Newberry. The club fields Gaelic football and hurling teams in competitions organised by Cork county board, and by the Avondhu division.

Meelin GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club is based in Meelin, Cork, Ireland and is part of the Rockchapel and Meelin parish. The club is affiliated with the Duhallow division of Cork GAA and has both a hurling and a Gaelic football team. Until recently, the club did not have a Gaelic football team within the football area represented by Knockscovane GAA Club, which took part in Duhallow division until its amalgamation with Meelin GAA club. Meelin juvenile footballers play with St. Peter's which is an amalgamation of the Meelin, Freemount and Rockchapel clubs at juvenile level. In 2009 Meelin won the Duhallow Junior A Hurling Championship for the first time in 13 years. In 2010, they followed this up with consecutive titles defeating Kilbrin in 2010. This was the start of the club's resurgence that led them to the All-Ireland Junior Final in Croke Park. Meelin won the final with a final score of 0–12 to 1–5 over John Locke's of Kilkenny.

Ballydesmond GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Ballydesmond in County Cork, Ireland. Its Gaelic Football team participates in competitions organized by Cork GAA, and is a member of Duhallow division. The club is located close to the border with County Kerry and is therefore involved in the sporting rivalry between the counties. The club has members with allegiances to both counties. Gaelic handball is also played within the club. The team won the Duhallow Junior A Football Championship in 2007. They subsequently went on to win the Cork Junior County Football Championship that same year and were promoted to the Cork Intermediate Football Championship. Club member Donncha O'Connor played for the Cork Senior Football Team. As of 2010, he was the all-time top scorer for the Cork Senior Footballers.

Dromtarriffe GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the north-west of County Cork, Ireland. The club is affiliated to the Duhallow division of Cork GAA. Their hurling team currently competes in the Duhallow Junior A Hurling Championship and their football team currently competes in the Cork Intermediate A Football Championship.

The club purchased and developed a stadium which opened in 1982, and erected a hall and dressing room complex in 1986. As of 2023, Lismire compete in the Duhallow Junior B Football Championship.

Rockchapel GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the village of Rockchapel in the North West of County Cork, Ireland which forms part of the parish of Rockchapel and Meelin. The village is located close to border with County Kerry and County Limerick. The club plays Gaelic Football in the Duhallow division competitions. Ladies' Gaelic football is also played within the club. Rockchapel juvenile footballers play with St. Peter's which is an amalgamation of Meelin, Freemount and Rockchapel clubs at juvenile level. They last won the Duhallow Football Championship in 2012 and won the Cork County Junior Football Championship later that year.

Cullen GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the village of Cullen in the north-west of County Cork, Ireland. Cullen is part of the parish of Millstreet. The club plays Gaelic football in the Duhallow division competitions. During the 2000s, the club won the Duhallow Junior A Football Championship for the first time since 1967. In 2004, however, they were beaten by Bride Rovers in the Cork Junior Football Championship. Two years later, in 2006, Cullen again won the Duhallow Junior A Football Championship. Cullen won the 2008 Duhallow Junior A Football Championship and lost to Ballygarvan in the quarter-final of 2008 Cork Junior Football Championship.

St John's GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club representing the areas of Aubane, Kilcorney and Mushera in the north west of County Cork, Ireland. The club plays Gaelic football only. Founded in 2010, the club competes in the Duhallow Junior B Football Championship.

The Duhallow Junior B Hurling Championship is the second highest hurling competition in the Duhallow division in Cork. It is run for teams deemed too weak for Junior A level in the Duhallow division. The championship includes a group stage, so every team has at least two matches. The winners of the Duhallow competition go on to compete in the Cork Junior B Inter-Divisional Hurling Championship.
