Circuit Ricardo Tormo, also known as Circuit de Valencia and officially named Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo, is a 4.005 km (2.489 mi) motorsport race track located in Cheste and built in 1999. The track is named after Spanish, two-time world champion Grand Prix motorcycle racer Ricardo Tormo (1952–1998), who died in 1998 of leukemia. It has a capacity of 165,000 and a main straight of 0.876 km (0.544 mi).
Mahindra Racing is a motor racing team based in Banbury, United Kingdom, competing with an Indian racing licence. The team is currently competing in the electric FIA Formula E Championship since the inaugural season in 2014. The team formerly competed in Grand Prix motorcycle racing, fielding a team in the junior 125cc category between 2011 and 2015. Mahindra later refocused on being a bike and engine supplier, until ultimately pulling out of the sport in 2017.
Ana Carrasco Gabarrón is a Spanish motorcycle racer, who is contracted to ride in Moto3 during 2022 on a KTM. She won the 2018 Supersport 300 World Championship riding a Kawasaki Ninja 400 with the David Salom Junior Team, becoming the first woman in history to win a World Championship in solo motorcycle road racing.

He previously competed in the Moto3 class in the motorcycle world championship with Prüstel GP and is also a previous winner of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, having won the title in 2019.

FIM JuniorGP World Championship is a junior class race event organized by Dorna Sports under FIM regulations. It runs under Moto3 regulations and acts as an Moto3 World Championship feeder. This class is restricted to single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke engines with a maximum bore of 81 mm. The minimum total weight for motorcycle and rider is 148 kg (326 lb).
