The 2020 Americas Rugby League Championship is a planned rugby league tournament scheduled to be held in Kingston, Jamaica in November 2020. [1] This tournament will be the 4th Americas Rugby League Championship. On 12 June 2020 it was announced that the tournament was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was provisionally rescheduled for May 2021 to be played alongside the America 9s (Rugby league nines) competition hosted by the USA. As the venue will change the Jamaica Rugby League Association has been offered first option on hosting the 2022 Americas Championship. [2] In April 2021 it was announced that the championship was abandoned with the 2022 tournament being the next playing. [3]

On 30 June 2020, the CAF moved the tournament for the second time to January 2022 following the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic across the continent, whilst retaining the name 2021 Africa Cup of Nations for sponsorship purposes.
The 2022 ICC Women's Cricket World Cup will be the twelfth edition of the Women's Cricket World Cup and is scheduled to be held in New Zealand in March and April 2022. It was originally scheduled for 6 February to 7 March 2021 but was postponed by one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Russia and Serbia remain, while Ukraine are the third team, joining the competition after Greece withdrew. They will play each other once in a round robin format, where the top team will be promoted to the 2022 European Championship and the bottom team will be relegated to the 2022 European Championship C. In April 2021 the Rugby League European Federation announced that the tournament will take place in October 2021 in a COVID-19 bubble in Belgrade, Serbia.
