The 2021 season for the EF Education–Nippo team was its thirteen season as a UCI WorldTeam and its nineteenth overall. For this season, Japanese construction company Nippo Corporation, which had sponsored French UCI ProTeam Nippo–Delko–One Provence last season, joined the team as a co-title sponsor, as did several of the French team's riders.

The 2021 season for the Astana–Premier Tech cycling team was its 15th season, all of which have been as a UCI WorldTeam. For the first season in its existence, however, the team had two title sponsors, as Canadian tech company Premier Tech joins longtime Kazakh sponsor Samruk-Kazyna.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2021 Team Bahrain Victorious season</span>

The 2021 season for Team Bahrain Victorious was the fifth season in the team's existence, all of which have been as a UCI WorldTeam. After just one year, British car manufacturer McLaren withdrew from its co-title sponsorship, citing a desire to "focus on motorsport after the uncertainty caused ... by the coronavirus pandemic." The team then took on the name of Victorious Stables, a horse racing stable owned by team owner Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, with the adjective serving as "a constant reminder of [the team's] goal to achieve success at the highest level both on and off the bike."

The 2021 season for Ineos Grenadiers was the eleventh season in the team's existence, all of which have been as a UCI WorldTeam. This was the third season with Ineos as the title sponsor and the first full season with the current name.

The 2021 Vuelta a España was a three-week cycling race which took place in Spain between 14 August and 5 September 2021. It was the 76th edition of the Vuelta a España and the third and final grand tour of the 2021 men's road cycling season. The race departed from Burgos and finished in Santiago de Compostela.

The 2021 Vuelta a Andalucía Ruta del Sol was a road cycling stage race that took place in the Andalusia region of southern Spain between 18 and 22 May 2021. It was the 67th edition of the Vuelta a Andalucía, and was rated as a category-2.Pro event on the 2021 UCI Europe Tour and the 2021 UCI ProSeries calendars.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2022 Astana Qazaqstan Team season</span>

The 2022 season for the Astana Qazaqstan Team is its 16th season, all of which have been as a UCI WorldTeam. The team returned to a name that represents the country of Kazakhstan after the team had two main sponsors in 2021. Canadian tech company Premier Tech exited after one year amidst disagreements and subsequently sponsored Israel–Premier Tech, the team formerly known as Israel Start-Up Nation. They use Wilier bicycles, Shimano drivetrain, Corima wheels and Giordana clothing.

The 2022 season for Movistar Team is the 43rd season in the team's existence and the 12th season under the current name. The team has been a UCI WorldTeam since 2005, when the tier was first established. They use Canyon bicycles, SRAM drivetrain, Zipp wheels and Alé clothing.

The 2022 Vuelta a Andalucía Ruta del Sol(English: Tour of Andalucia Route of the Sun) was a road cycling stage race that took place between 16 and 20 February 2022 in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. The race was rated as a category 2.Pro event on the 2022 UCI ProSeries calendar, and was the 68th edition of the Vuelta a Andalucía.
