The 2021 Saint Petersburg Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the first edition of the tournament which was part of the 2021 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Saint Petersburg, Russia between 1 and 7 March 2021.
This was the first edition of the tournament.
Treat Huey and Nathaniel Lammons were the defending champions but only Huey chose to defend his title, partnering Sem Verbeek. Huey lost in the quarterfinals to Emilio Gómez and Roberto Quiroz.

It was their fourth career ATP Tour doubles title as a team, and marked Haase's seventh individual doubles title and Middelkoop's 12th. Harris and Pütz were competing in their first event together.
