The 2022 Summit League Baseball Tournament took place from May 26-29, 2022. It initially was supposed to start on May 25, but the tournament was pushed back a day due to inclement weather in the area. The top four regular-season teams of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at J. L. Johnson Stadium on the campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. [2] The winner of the tournament, Oral Roberts, earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The top four teams from the regular season will be seeded one through four based on conference winning percentage during the double round-robin regular season. The teams then play a double-elimination tournament.

The Summit League Baseball Tournament is the conference baseball championship of the NCAA Division I's Summit League. The top four finishers in the regular season of the conference's eight teams advance to the double-elimination tournament, which in 2022 will be at J. L. Johnson Stadium. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.
The 2012 Summit League Baseball Tournament took place from May 24–26. The top four regular season finishers of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Oral Roberts University's J. L. Johnson Stadium. Oral Roberts won their fifteenth consecutive championship, claiming the tournament title every year but one of the sixteen seasons that they have been in the league, and will represent The Summit League in the 2012 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 2013 Summit League Baseball Tournament took place from May 23–26. The top four regular season finishers of the league's five eligible teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Oakland University Baseball Field in Rochester, Michigan. Nebraska–Omaha was not eligible. South Dakota State claimed their first tournament championship and earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 2014 Summit League Baseball Tournament took place from May 22–24. The top four regular season finishers of the league's five teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Erv Huether Field on the campus of South Dakota State in Brookings, South Dakota. North Dakota State won its first tournament championship to earn The Summit League's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

The top four regular season finishers of the league's six teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Sioux Falls Stadium in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The 2019 Northeast Conference Baseball Tournament began on May 23 and end on May 26, 2019 at Senator Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium in Norwich, Connecticut. The league's top four finishers competed in the double elimination tournament. The tournament winner, Central Connecticut, earned the Northeast Conference's automatic bid to the 2019 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. Central Connecticut has won the most tournament championships among current members, while Fairleigh Dickinson has never won a championship. LIU Brooklyn won their first title in 2018.

The winner of the tournament, North Dakota State, earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2021 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 2022 NCAA Division I baseball season, an ongoing college baseball season in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level, began on February 18, 2022. Play will progress through the regular season, various conference tournaments and championship series, and conclude with the 2022 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament and 2022 College World Series. The College World Series, consisting of the eight remaining teams in the NCAA Tournament and held annually in Omaha, Nebraska, at Charles Schwab Field Omaha, will end in June 2022.
The 2022 North Dakota State Bison baseball team represented North Dakota State University during the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Bison played their home games at Newman Outdoor Field adjacent to NDSU's campus. The team was coached by Tyler Oakes in his 1st season as head coach at NDSU. Oakes had been associated with NDSU Baseball since December of 2013. The Bison claimed their first Summit League Regular Season title during the season, winning every conference series played.
The Bison entered the Summit League Tournament as the No. 1 overall seed. They lost to Omaha to start the tournament, then beat South Dakota State to advance to the semifinals, before falling to Omaha yet again to be eliminated from the tournament.
The 2022 Summit League Softball Tournament took place from May 12-15, 2022. It was initially scheduled to begin on May 11 but was postponed due to severe weather. The top six regular-season finishers of the league's eight teams met in the double-elimination tournament at Jackrabbit Softball Stadium on the campus of South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. The winner of the tournament, South Dakota State, earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I Softball Tournament. After weather delays and power outages on South Dakota State's campus on May 13, the remaining games in the tournament were moved to Nygaard Field on the campus of the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota.
The 2021 Summit League Men's Soccer Tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the Summit League held on November 11 and 13, 2021. The three-match tournament took place at MacKenzie Alumni Field in Macomb, Illinois. The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Denver Pioneers were the defending champions after no tournament was held in 2020. Denver were champions in 2019. Denver successfully defended their title, defeating Oral Roberts in the final in a penalty shoot-out. The tournament win was Denver's seventh as a member of the conference, and the title was the fourth for head coach Jamie Franks. Denver has now won seven of the past eight Summit League tournaments. As tournament champions, Denver earned the Summit League's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament.

The top four of the league's seven teams will meet in the double-elimination tournament to be held at Tony Gwynn Stadium in San Diego, California. The Air Force Falcons won the tournament and earned the Mountain West Conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. It will be the Falcons' first time representing the Mountain West in the NCAA tournament and their first appearance overall since 1969.
The 2022 Mid-American Conference Baseball Tournament was held from May 25–29. The top four regular season finishers of the league's eleven teams met in the double-elimination tournament to be held at Ball Diamond in Muncie, Indiana, the home field of Ball State who finished 2022 with the highest regular season winning percentage. Second-seeded Central Michigan won the tournament and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 2020 Summit League Women's Soccer Tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Summit League held on April 15 and 17, 2021. It was played in the Spring of 2021 along with the conference season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The three-match tournament took place at Caniglia Field in Omaha, Nebraska. The four-team single elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. South Dakota State was the defending champion, and were unable to defend their title, losing to Omaha in the semifinal game in penalties. Denver won the championship game over Omaha, which was their fourth since entering the conference and also for coach Jeff Hooker. Denver has now won or participated in the championship game in the last four tournaments.
