The St. Thomas Tommies baseball team was a baseball team that represented the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) in the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Tommies were members of the Summit League and played their home games at Koch Diamond in Saint Paul, Minnesota. They were led by thirteenth-year head coach Chris Olean.

Previous season

The Tommies finished the 2021 NCAA Division III baseball season 37–10 overall (17–2 conference) and first place in conference standings. Following the conclusion of the regular season, the Tommies were selected to play in the 2021 NCAA Tournament, beginning in the Collegeville Regional. The Tommies would eventually win the Regional advancing to the College World Series, where they lost in the National Championship Series 0–2 to Salisbury Sea Gulls.

The 2018 Summit League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Summit League held on November 1 and 3, 2018. The three-match tournament took place at Fishback Soccer Park in Brookings, South Dakota. The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Denver Pioneers were the defending champions, and successfully defended their title with a 4–0 victory over the Omaha Mavericks in the final. The win earned Denver the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The tournament win was Denver's third as a member of the conference, all of which have come under coach Jeff Hooker.

The 2020 Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons baseball team was a baseball team that represented Purdue University Fort Wayne in the 2020 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Mastodons were members of the Summit League and played their home games at Mastodon Field in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They were led by first-year head coach Doug Schreiber.

The 2021–22 Summit League women's basketball season is scheduled to begin with practices in October 2021 followed by the 2021–22 NCAA Division I women's basketball season in November 2021. The conference is scheduled to begin in December 2021. The schedule for the tournament was modified a few times due to rain in the Brookings area during the tournament, with the title games suspended and moved to Sunday, May 14. Omaha won the tournament and earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I softball tournament. The defending champion, South Dakota State, made the title game of the tournament but was defeated by the Mavericks.

The 2023–24 Summit League women's basketball season began non-conference play on November 6, 2023. Conference play started on December 29, 2023. This was the seventeenth season of women's basketball play under the Summit League name and the forty-second overall for the conference.
The Summit League tournament took place from March 8–12, 2024. South Dakota State won the tournament, beating North Dakota State in the tournament final, and advanced to the NCAA tournament. North Dakota State, Oral Roberts, and South Dakota played in the 2024 Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT).

The 2023–24 St. Thomas Tommies men's basketball team represented the University of St. Thomas in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Tommies, led by 13th-year head coach John Tauer, played their home games at Schoenecker Arena in St. Paul, Minnesota as members of the Summit League.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2024 Summit League baseball tournament</span> College baseball tournament

The 2024 Summit League baseball tournament will take place from May 25 through 28, 2024. The top four out of six teams in the conference's regular season will meet in the double-elimination tournament held at J. L. Johnson Stadium on the campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The defending champion is Oral Roberts. The tournament winner will earn the Summit League's automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
