The 2023 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 2023 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games for the 12th season at Hi Corbett Field. The team was coached by Chip Hale in his 2nd season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 8th in the Pac-12, but advanced to the final of the Pac-12 Conference Tournament losing to Oregon 4–5. The Wildcats were selected into the NCAA tournament for the 3rd straight year for the first time since 2010–12.
The Wildcats finished the 2022 season with a record of 39–25 (16–14 Conf.), good for a 5th place conference finish. In the inaugural Pac-12 Conference Baseball Tournament in Scottsdale, AZ, the Wildcats defeated Oregon and Arizona State but lost twice to eventual champion Stanford to finish in 4th place. The team subsequently was selected to the postseason for a second consecutive season for the first time since 2016–2017. They were placed in the Coral Gables Regional where they went 2-2, eliminating both Canisius and host #6 Miami but losing twice to Ole Miss to end their season.
During the offseason, the Wildcats participated in 4 fall exhibition games. [2] [3] On October 6 the team participated in the Mexican Baseball Fiesta held at Tucson's Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium, playing the Naranjeros de Hermosillo of the Mexican Pacific League to a 6–6 tie. [4] Arizona next played Pima Community College on October 15 at Hi Corbett Field in a game in which the score was not released. [2] The Wildcats concluded the preseason on October 22 with 11-6 and 5-4 wins over UNLV in a doubleheader at Hi Corbett Field. [5]

Hi Corbett Field is a baseball park in the southwestern United States, located in Tucson, Arizona. With a seating capacity of approximately 9,500, it was the spring training home of the Colorado Rockies and Cleveland Indians of Major League Baseball, and is currently home to the University of Arizona Wildcats of the Pac-12 Conference.
The Arizona Wildcats are the athletic teams that represent the University of Arizona, located in Tucson. The Wildcats compete at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I level as a member of the Pac-12 Conference. Arizona's chief intercollegiate rival is the Arizona State Sun Devils, and the two universities' athletic departments compete against each other in multiple sports via the State Farm Territorial Cup Series.

On August 4, 2023, Arizona announced it would join the Big 12 Conference along with Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah beginning in the 2024-25 academic year.
The 1993 Arizona Wildcats football team represented the University of Arizona during the 1993 NCAA Division I-A football season. The offense scored 294 points while the defense allowed 161 points. Led by head coach Dick Tomey in his seventh season at Arizona, the Wildcats compiled a 10–2 record, tied for first with UCLA and USC for the Pac-10 title, and defeated Miami in the Fiesta Bowl. It was the first time since 1973 that Arizona won at least a share of a conference championship and the first as a Pac-10 member.
The 1994 Arizona Wildcats football team represented University of Arizona during the 1994 NCAA college football season. The offense scored 274 points while the defense allowed 190 points. Under head coach Dick Tomey in his eighth season, the Wildcats completed the season with a record of 8–4 and lost to Utah in the Freedom Bowl.

The team was coached by Andy Lopez in his 10th season at Arizona.
The 2020 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 2020 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games for the 9th season at Hi Corbett Field. The team was coached by Jay Johnson in his 5th season at Arizona. This also marked the program's first season with Nate Yeskie as associate head coach. Yeskie was hired away from Oregon State during the offseason to replace Sergio Brown who departed to assume the role of associate head coach at Cal State Fullerton. The season was cancelled on March 12, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2021 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 2021 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games for the 10th season at Hi Corbett Field. The team was coached by Jay Johnson in his 6th season and final season at Arizona. Following the season, Coach Johnson was hired as the head baseball coach at Louisiana State University. The Wildcats ranked 10th in Collegiate Baseball's preseason poll - their highest preseason ranking in any poll since 2013 - and their incoming recruiting class was ranked 4th in the nation by D1Baseball. On May 23, the Wildcats clinched at least a share of the Pac-12 Championship for the first time since the 2012 season that saw the team win the College World Series. Following a 3-11 loss by the Oregon Ducks to the California Golden Bears on May 28, the team clinched their first outright Pac-12 title since 1989. On May 30, Hi Corbett Field was selected as one of the NCAA's 16 postseason Regional sites for the first time since 2012. The following day the Wildcats were selected as the tournaments No. 5 overall seed - their first selection as a top 8 seed since the implementation of the current seeding system in 1999 - marking their first postseason appearance since 2017. On June 6, the Wildcats defeated UC Santa Barbara 5-2 to win the Tucson Regional and advance to their first Super Regional since 2016 when the team forged their way to the College World Series finals. The Wildcats would go on to defeat Ole Miss 2 games to 1, to advance to their 18th College World Series appearance all-time. They subsequently were eliminated in two games, losing to the defending champion from 2019, No. 4 seed Vanderbilt as well as Stanford.
The 2022 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games for the 11th season at Hi Corbett Field. The team was coached by Chip Hale in his 1st season at Arizona. Previous head coach Jay Johnson - who had been with the program for 6 seasons - was hired during the offseason as the head coach at LSU, filling the vacancy left by the retirement of Paul Mainieri. The Wildcats finished 5th in the Pac-12, but were selected into the NCAA tournament for the 2nd straight year for the first time since 2016–17. The Wildcats lost to Ole Miss in the regional final of the Coral Gables Regional.
Catherine Reese is an American professional basketball player for Kangoeroes Mechelen of the Belgian Women's Basketball League. She played college basketball for the Arizona Wildcats. A four-time All-Pac-12 selection, Reese helped the Wildcats advance to the national championship game as a junior and win the Women's National Invitational Tournament as a freshman. She attended Cypress Woods High School in Cypress, Texas, where she was rated a five-star recruit by ESPN and named a McDonald's All-American, and joined Arizona as the highest-rated recruit in program history.
UA Field was a college baseball park in the southwestern United States, located on the campus of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. It served as the home field of the Arizona Wildcats baseball team from 1929 to 1966.
The 2024 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 2024 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games for the 13th season at Hi Corbett Field. The team was coached by Chip Hale in his 3rd season at Arizona. This marked Arizona's 45th and final season participating as members of the Pac-12 Conference before they will join the Big 12 Conference beginning in 2025. In the final game of the regular season on May 18th the Wildcats clinched the last ever Pac-12 regular season championship by defeating 2nd-place Oregon State 4-3 in walk-off fashion, giving the program their 1st regular season championship since 2021.
