The 2023 PEI Scotties Tournament of Hearts Women's Championship , the women's provincial curling championship for Prince Edward Island, was held from January 26 to 28 at the Crapaud Community Curling Club in Crapaud, Prince Edward Island. The winning Suzanne Birt rink represented Prince Edward Island at the 2023 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Kamloops, British Columbia, and finished seventh in Pool A with a 2–6 record. The event was held in conjunction with the 2023 PEI Tankard, the provincial men's championship. [1]

This is the first time since 2021 that the event will be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada.

The 2011 Prince Edward Island Scotties Tournament of Hearts was held Jan. 27–31 in at the Cornwall Curling Club in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island. The winning team of Suzanne Birt defeated the defending champions, team Kathy O'Rourke and represented Prince Edward Island at the 2011 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Birt's team finished the round robin with a record of 6–5, just missing the tiebreaker.

The defending champion Rachel Homan rink won their second straight title, with Homan becoming the youngest skip to ever win back-to-back championships. The team went undefeated throughout the tournament, with the team never even being forced to throw their final rock in any of their games.

The event was held in conjunction with the 2023 Prince Edward Island Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the provincial women's championship.

The 2008 PEI Labatt Tankard was held at the Crapaud Community Curling Club in Crapaud, Prince Edward Island, February 5–10, 2008. The winning team represented Prince Edward Island at the 2008 Tim Hortons Brier. An open qualifier was held for the event in Montague, Prince Edward Island with the top 8 teams winning a berth to play in the main event.
