The 2024 Asian Women's Volleyball Challenge Cup was the fifth edition of the Asian Women's Volleyball Challenge Cup, an annual international volleyball tournament organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF). The tournament was held at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila, Philippines between 22 and 29 May 2024. [1] [2] The winners of the tournament, Vietnam, qualified for the 2024 FIVB Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup. [3]
Vietnam won their second consecutive title after defeating Kazakhstan in a straight sets final. [4] [5] The host Philippines defeated Australia in a straight sets 3rd place match and took the bronze medal. [6] [7] Nguyễn Thị Bích Tuyền was named as the MVP of the tournament. [8] [9] [10]
The Philippines submitted its bid to host the tournament by December 2023. [11]
