The 2024 Asian Wrestling Championships is the 20th edition of Asian Wrestling Championships of combined events, and took place from 11 to 16 April in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. [1] [2]

The Kyrgyzstan national football team, officially recognised by FIFA and AFC as Kyrgyz Republic, represents Kyrgyzstan in international football and is controlled by the Kyrgyz Football Union, a member of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and Central Asian Football Association.
The South Korea national under-23 football team represents South Korea at football in the Olympic Games and Asian Games. It was founded when the Olympic football was changed to an under-23 competition. It also can be managed as under-21 or under-22 team if necessary.
Aisuluu Tynybekova is a Kyrgyz freestyle wrestler. She won the silver medal in the women's 62 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. She also competed in the women's 63 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics, the first woman to wrestle for Kyrgyzstan in the Olympics. A legal dispute threatened to prevent Tynybekova from competing in London, but the case was delayed until after the Games. Tynybekova was eliminated in the 1/8 finals by Henna Johansson.
The 2017 Asian Wrestling Championships was held at the KD Jadhav Indoor Stadium, Indira Gandhi Arena, New Delhi in India. The event took place from 10 to 14 May 2017.
The 2018 Asian Wrestling Championships took place at the Kojomkul Sports Palace, Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. The event took place from February 27 to March 4, 2018.
The 2018 World Wrestling Championships were the 15th edition of World Wrestling Championships of combined events and were held from 20 to 28 October in Budapest, Hungary.

The 2019 Asian Wrestling Championships was held in Xi'an, China. The event took place from April 23 to April 28, 2019.
The 2020 Asian Wrestling Championships was held at the KD Jadhav Indoor Stadium, Indira Gandhi Arena, New Delhi in India. The event took place from 18 to 23 February. China was barred from entering into the competition due to the COVID-19 pandemic. North Korea and Turkmenistan were unable to participate in the tournament due to circumstances stemming from the outbreak.
Kim Min-seok is a South Korean Greco-Roman wrestler. He won one of the bronze medals in the 130 kg event at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships held in Budapest, Hungary. In 2018, he also won one of the bronze medals in the 130 kg event at the Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Kim Son-hyang is a North Korean freestyle wrestler. In 2017, she won one of the bronze medals in the 48 kg event at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships held in Paris, France.
Amin Mirzazadeh is an Iranian Greco-Roman wrestler. He won the gold medal in the 130 kg event at the 2023 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. He represented Iran at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.
Aiperi Medet Kyzy is a Kyrgyzstani freestyle wrestler. She won the silver medal in the women's 76 kg event at the 2023 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. She also represented Kyrgyzstan at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
Chang Hui-tsz is a Taiwanese freestyle wrestler. She won one of the bronze medals in the women's 76 kg event at the 2019 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Xi'an, China. She also won a bronze medal at the 2024 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Hwang Eun-ju is a South Korean freestyle wrestler. She won one of the bronze medals in the women's freestyle 75 kg event at the 2014 Asian Games held in Incheon, South Korea.
