The 2024 USA Cross Country Championships were the 133rd edition of the USA Cross Country Championships. The races took place at Hanover County, Virginia's Pole Green Park in Richmond, Virginia, on 20 January 2024 [1] , and served as the US Trials for the 45th edition of 2024 World Athletics Cross Country Championships (6 member teams), to be held on March 30 in Belgrade, Serbia. [2]

Molly Seidel is an American long distance runner. Seidel represented the United States at the Great Edinburgh Cross Country in 2012, 2013, and 2018. In her first-ever marathon, Seidel placed second at the 2020 U.S. Marathon Olympic Trials. Later, she went on to win the bronze medal in her third career marathon at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. At the University of Notre Dame, Seidel was a 4-time NCAA champion, 6-time NCAA All-American, 6-time Atlantic Coast Conference champion and 2016 female ACC Athlete of the Year.

Weini Kelati Frezghi is an Eritrean-born American middle- and long-distance runner. She claimed asylum in the United States in July 2014 and subsequently achieved multiple victories in state- and national-level competitions while attending Heritage High School in Leesburg, Virginia. While competing for the University of New Mexico, Kelati won the 2019 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships. In June 2021, she became a U.S. citizen and began competing as an American. Kelati set an American record of 1:06.25 for the half marathon in January 2024. She runs professionally for Under Armour on the group Dark Sky Distance.

The 2023 USA Cross Country Championships will be the 132nd edition of the USA Cross Country Championships. The USA Cross Country Championships will take place at Pole Green Park in Richmond, Virginia, on 21 January 2023 and will serve as the US Trials for 44th edition of 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, Australia on 18 February 2023.
