Yongsan Dreamhub is a 28 – 31 trillion-won project that was planned to be built on the banks of the Han River near Yongsan Station at the 560,000 square metres (6,000,000 sq ft) area of the Yongsan District, central Seoul, South Korea. It was cancelled in April 2013 but has recently seen approval and plans finalised by the Seoul Metropolitan government in February 2024 with construction slated to begin in the second half of 2025. The district is scheduled to be built by 2030.

Downtown One Tirana is a high-rise mixed-use skyscraper under construction in Tirana, Albania, currently serving as the tallest building in the country. The tower was topped out in 2020 and stands at 150 meters (492 ft) tall, being divided into 40 floors. The official opening is expected to take place in 2024.

Eyes of Tirana is a high-rise mixed-use skyscraper under construction in Tirana, Albania. Designed by Henning Larsen Architects, the tower was topped out in 2023 and stands at 135 meters tall, being divided into 31 floors and a ten-storey low-rise building.

Tirana's Rock is a mixed-use skyscraper in Tirana, Albania. Designed by MVRDV, the tower will stand at its completion at 85 meters (297 ft) high divided into 25 floors, and will include residential, commercial, and office spaces. The construction will also be among the world's largest buildings that double as a figurative sculpture. In its case, it will represent the bust of Gjergj Kastrioti, one of Albania's Middle Ages main historical figures.

The Book Building is a mixed-use skyscraper in Tirana, Albania. Designed by 51N4E and completed in 2024, the tower stands at 77 meters (253 ft) tall, being divided into 21 floors, and displays residential, commercial, and office spaces. The building will be part of the newly constructed complex of constructions circling the Skanderbeg Square alongside Tirana International Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel Tirana, Maritim Plaza Tirana, Eyes of Tirana and Skanderbeg Tower. The nickname of "Book Building" comes from its volumetry which displays vitrations similar to a thick book full of bookmarks.

Ambasador III is a mixed-use skyscraper located in Tirana, Albania, in the proximity of the Air Albania Stadium. Completed in 2016, the building stands at 82 meters tall and is divided into 23 floors, containing a mix of residential, retail and commercial functions. The building shared she same plot with the Tirana Vertical Forest building which is still under construction.

Vertical Forest Tirana is a mixed-use skyscraper under construction located in Tirana, Albania. The tower stands at a total of 75 metres (246 ft) tall being divided into 21 floors and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.
