The Pritzker Architecture Prize is an international award presented annually "to honor a living architect or architects whose built work demonstrates a combination of those qualities of talent, vision and commitment which has produced consistent and significant contributions to humanity and the built environment through the art of architecture." Founded in 1979 by Jay A. Pritzker and his wife Cindy, the award is funded by the Pritzker family and sponsored by the Hyatt Foundation. It is considered to be one of the world's premier architecture prizes, and is often referred to as the Nobel Prize of architecture.

He is the professor of urban planning at the Polytechnic University of Milan.

The Bosco Verticale is a complex of two residential skyscrapers designed by Boeri Studio and located in the Porta Nuova district of Milan, Italy. They have a height of 116 metres (381 ft) and 84 m (276 ft) and within the complex is an 11-storey office building.

Downtown One is a mixed-use skyscraper under construction in Tirana, Albania. Topped out in 2020, the tower rises to a height of 150 m (490 ft) and comprises 40 floors, making it the tallest building in the country. Developed by Kastrati Group, its official opening is scheduled for 2025.

Tirana's Rock is a mixed-use highrise building located in Tirana, Albania. Designed by MVRDV, the tower will stand at its completion at 89 meters (297 ft) high divided into 26 floors, and will include residential, commercial, and office spaces. The construction will also be among the world's largest buildings that double as a figurative sculpture. In its case, it will represent the bust of Gjergj Kastrioti, one of Albania's Middle Ages main historical figures.

Ambasador III is a mixed-use highrise building located in Tirana, Albania, in close proximity of Air Albania Stadium. Completed in 2016, the building stands at 82 meters (269 ft) tall and is divided into 23 floors, containing a mix of residential, retail and commercial functions. The building shared she same plot with the Tirana Vertical Forest building which is still under construction.

Vertical Forest Tirana is a mixed-use highrise building located in Tirana, Albania. The tower stands at a total of 75 metres (246 ft) tall being divided into 21 floors and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.
