Indian film awards
The 25th Zee Chitra Gaurav Puraskar is a ceremony, presented by the Zee Marathi television network, which honors the best Indian Marathi-language films of 2024. [ 2] It was held on 19 February 2025, in Mumbai, Maharashtra , and was telecast on 8 March 2025. [ 3] [ 4] Paani led the ceremony with 19 nominations, followed by Phullwanti and Gharat Ganpati with 13 nominations each. [ 5]
Paani won 7 awards, including Best Film , Best Director and Best Music Director , thus becoming the most-awarded film at the ceremony. [ 6] [ 7] Phullwanti and Amaltash won 6 and 5 awards respectively. [ 8]
Adinath Kothare received the most nominations at the ceremony, with a total of six, and won awards for Best Director and Best Lyricist , followed by Mahesh Manjrekar with five nominations, who won Best Actor and Best Dialogue. [ 9] In the Best Supporting Actress category, the film Nach Ga Ghuma had three nominations, with Namrata Sambherao winning for her role as Asha. [ 10] [ 11]
