#3 World Tour is the second concert tour by Irish alternative rock band the Script. Launched in support of their third studio album #3 (2012), the tour began in Ireland with two intimate shows in Cork and Dublin. [1]
The world tour started in Ireland with two intimate shows in Cork and Dublin which took place in September, [2] thus kicking off the tour. These shows were only announced three days before the shows took place and were only available from one Ticketmaster outlet in each city. They also performed three intimate club shows in Glasgow, Manchester and London. [3] They performed one show in Sydney to showcase new material from #3 as well as tracks from previous albums. [4] The North American leg began in New York City on 9 October with a further 18 shows across the United States and Canada. [5] On 18 September, A twelve date arena tour of Ireland and the United Kingdom was announced for March 2013. [6] Before returning to Australia, the band performed in South Korea, at Seoul's AX Hall. The band then returned to Australia to perform their biggest tour yet down under with four shows across the country. [7] The final show of the tour was on 12 April at the Vector Arena in Auckland New Zealand marking the band's first concert there and the closure of the official #3 world tour. Over the summer of 2013 they continued to promote their album at several summer music festivals, as well as playing as the opening act for Train.

The Doll Domination Tour was the second and final concert tour by American girl group the Pussycat Dolls. It was launched in support of their second studio album, Doll Domination (2008). The tour was announced in October 2008 with dates in Europe and Oceania revealed in the following month, the tour contained six legs and 50 shows. It began in Aberdeen, Scotland on January 18, 2009, and concluded in Beirut, Lebanon on July 31, 2009. In-between the first two legs, the group supported the first leg of The Circus Starring Britney Spears in North America. The setlist for the concerts included songs from PCD (2005) and Doll Domination as well a cover of Shirley Bassey's Big Spender. Nineteen shows were submitted to Billboard's boxscore grossing $14.3 million, with 231,711 fans attending the performances.
The Science & Faith Tour was a world tour by Irish alternative rock band The Script. The tour supported their second album Science & Faith which was released on 13 September 2010.
An Evening with Adele was the debut concert tour by English singer-songwriter Adele, in support of her debut studio album, 19. The tour was unusual in that it included few dates in the United Kingdom, Adele's home country and the territory where 19 was the most successful. Instead, the tour focused heavily on North America. Adele and the tour gained some notoriety when she cancelled tour dates in 2008 in order to spend time with her then-boyfriend, an incident she later expressed regret over. One of the last performances on the tour took place at the historic Hollywood Bowl. Etta James was supposed to appear at the performance but cancelled at the last-minute due to illness and was replaced by Chaka Khan. The last performance of the tour was at the North Sea Jazz Festival.
The 4th Dimension Tour was the concert tour by British boy band JLS. The tour supported their third studio album Jukebox which was released on 14 November 2011. The tour visited Ireland and the United Kingdom.
The Fallen Empires Tour was a world tour by Scottish/Northern Irish alternative rock band Snow Patrol.
The Ceremonials Tour was the second concert tour by the English indie rock band Florence and the Machine. The tour included performances at music festivals because it is lead singer Florence Welch's favourite way to perform live. Welch had originally planned to spend over a year touring for Ceremonials before announcing that the December 2012 dates would be the final performances of the tour. On 25 February 2013, it was announced that Florence and the Machine would be playing at the Coke Live Music Festival in Poland on 10 August 2013, and, on 26 March 2013, it was announced that the band would be playing at Chime for Change's "The Sound of Change Live" concert at Twickenham Stadium in London alongside Beyoncé, Ellie Goulding and Haim, amongst others.
The Wrecking Ball World Tour was a concert tour by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to promote Springsteen's seventeenth studio album, Wrecking Ball, which was released on March 5, 2012. It was the first tour for the E Street Band without founding member Clarence Clemons, who died on June 18, 2011. The worldwide tour in support of the album, which ended in September 2013, reached 26 countries, the most ever for one of Springsteen's tours. The tour resumed in January 2014 to promote Springsteen's new album, High Hopes, and went under that album's name.
The Original Rudeboys (O.R.B.) are an acoustic pop/hip hop group from Dublin. They are notable for their debut album This Life which was released in 2012 and debuted at number one on the Irish iTunes Charts, and their single "Stars in My Eyes", which hit number 2 on iTunes and received national airplay. They have played at venues such as the Olympia Theatre and at festivals such as Oxegen and the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
The Old Ideas World Tour was the final concert tour by Canadian poet and singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen, and was in support of his 2012 album Old Ideas. The tour started in August 2012, and ended in December 2013.
The Beacon World Tour was a world tour by Northern Ireland indie rock band Two Door Cinema Club.
40th Anniversary of the Rocket Man was a concert tour by Elton John taking place in Oceania, Asia, North America, South America, and Europe celebrating the 40th anniversary of his top 20 hit single "Rocket Man".
The Overexposed Tour was the eighth concert tour by the American pop rock band Maroon 5, in support of their fourth studio album, Overexposed (2012). The tour consisted of shows in Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania and included the band's first concerts in several countries.
The Set the World on Fire Tour was the fifth concert tour by American recording artist Alicia Keys in support of her fifth studio album, Girl on Fire (2012). The tour ranked 22nd on Pollstar's annual "Top 100 Worldwide Tours – Year End". It earned nearly $44 million from 70/74 shows.
Ricky Martin Live was the ninth concert tour by Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin. It supported his compilation album, Greatest Hits: Souvenir Edition. The tour started in Newcastle on October 3, 2013 and continued across Australia for three weeks before coming to a close on October 20, 2013 in Melbourne. He continued throwing concerts in venues in the Americas in the later months, as well as participating in the Mawazine Festival in Rabat, Morocco.
The Smoke + Mirrors Tour was the second worldwide concert tour by American alternative rock band Imagine Dragons in support of their second studio album Smoke + Mirrors (2015). The tour had a preview show in Sydney, Australia, on March 17, 2015, before the tour officially began in Santiago, Chile, on April 12, 2015. It continued through the Americas, Asia, Oceania and Europe until February 5, 2016, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The band played 108 shows. The Get Weird Tour was the third concert tour and the first worldwide tour held by British girl group Little Mix, in support of their third studio album, Get Weird, announced in July 2015. The tour began on 13 March 2016 in Cardiff, Wales and concluded on 27 August 2016 in Newmarket, England.
The Glory Days Tour was the second worldwide tour and fourth overall by British girl group Little Mix. The tour began on 21 May 2017 in Birkenhead, England, and ended on 25 March 2018 in Kobe, Japan, where the group headlined POPSPRING, in support of their fourth studio album, Glory Days. The tour began in Phoenix, Arizona, on March 1, 2018, at the Talking Stick Resort Arena, and concluded on November 2, 2019, in Austin, Texas, at the Circuit of the Americas. It became the second-highest-grossing tour of all time by a female solo artist, the highest-grossing tour of the 2010s by a female artist, and the tenth-highest-grossing tour of all time, earning $397.3 million and selling over 3 million tickets.
Farewell Yellow Brick Road was the forty-ninth and final concert tour by English musician Elton John. It began in Allentown, Pennsylvania, US, on 8 September 2018, and ended in Stockholm, Sweden, on 8 July 2023. It consisted of 330 concerts worldwide. The tour's name and its poster reference John's 1973 album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.
