Abbaiah Narayanaswamy is an Indian politician. He was Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment of India in the Second Modi ministry from 7 July 2021 to 11 June 2024. [1] He is also a member of the Lok Sabha,lower house of the Parliament of India from Chitradurga,Karnataka as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. It became a controversy when he was denied entry into village of Pemmanahalli Gollarahatti in Pavagada taluk of Tumakuru district in his own constituency as he belongs to Madiga community. Haradanahalli Doddegowda Deve Gowda is an Indian politician who served as the 11th prime minister of India from 1 June 1996 to 21 April 1997. He was previously the 14th Chief Minister of Karnataka from 1994 to 1996. He presently is a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha representing Karnataka. He is the national president of the Janata Dal (Secular) party. Born in a farming family,he joined the Indian National Congress party in 1953,and remained a member until 1962. He was imprisoned during the Emergency. He became President of the state unit of Janata Dal in 1994,and was considered to be a driving force in the party's victory in Karnataka. He served as the 8th Chief Minister of Karnataka from 1994 to 1996. In the 1996 general elections,no party won enough seats to form a government. When the United Front,a coalition of regional parties,formed the central government with the support of the Congress,Deve Gowda was unexpectedly chosen to head the government and was elected Prime Minister. During his tenure as prime minister,he also served as Home Minister for some time. His prime ministerial tenure lasted for less than a year. After his prime ministerial tenure,he was elected to the 12th (1998),14th (2004),15th,and 16th Lok Sabha,as Member of Parliament for the Hassan Lok Sabha constituency. He lost Lok Sabha elections in 2019 from Tumkuru but has been elected to Rajya Sabha since.
Ram Vilas Paswan was an Indian politician from Bihar and the Cabinet Minister of Consumer Affairs,Food and Public Distribution in the first and second Modi ministries. Paswan was also the president of the Lok Janshakti Party,nine-times Lok Sabha member and two-time Rajya Sabha MP. He started his political career as member of Samyukta Socialist Party and was elected to the Bihar Legislative Assembly in 1969. Later,Paswan joined Lok Dal upon its formation in 1974,and became its general secretary. He opposed the emergency,and was arrested during this period. He first entered the Lok Sabha in 1977,as a Janata Party member from Hajipur constituency,and was elected again in 1980,1989,1991,1996,1998,1999,2004 and 2014.
Bandaru Dattatreya is an Indian politician serving as the current governor of the State of Haryana since 2021. He was also the 20th governor of Himachal Pradesh and was the member of Lok Sabha for Secunderabad from 2014 to 2019. He belongs to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Thawar Chand Gehlot is an Indian politician who is the current and 13th Governor of Karnataka,being the first person serving as the Governor of Karnataka from Madhya Pradesh. He assumed office of the Governor of Karnataka on 11 July 2021. He also served as the Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment in the Government of India from 2014 to 2021. He was also the Leader of the House in the upper house of Indian Parliament. He was a member of the Parliamentary Board and the Central Election Committee of the BJP.

He lost his government credentials after losing elections in Thiruvananthapuram and was not offered a ministerial position in new coalition formed under National Democratic Alliance. He contested in 2024 lok sabha election in Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha parliamentary and lost to the incumbent MP Shashi Tharoor by 16077 votes.
Ballari Sreeramulu is an Indian politician who served as Minister of Transport Department and Tribal Welfare of Karnataka from 4 August 2021 till 13 May 2023. He was the Minister of Social Welfare Department of Karnataka from 12 October 2020 to 26 July 2021. He served as a Health and Family welfare minister previously from also as a Minister of Backward class welfare from September 2019 to October 2020. Bangalore North Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 28 Lok Sabha constituencies in the South Indian state of Karnataka. This constituency has been known by different names in its history. For the 1951 and every election since 1977 it has been known as Bangalore North. For the 1957 and 1962 elections it was known as Bangalore City. For the 1967 and 1971 elections it formed a constituency jointly with Bangalore South and was known as Bangalore. From 1951–73,this constituency resided in Mysore State. On 1 November 1973,Mysuru State was renamed as Karnataka.

Venkataiah Srinivas Prasad was an Indian politician from the state of Karnataka,who was recognised as an important Dalit leader in the old Mysore region. He served as a union minister from 1999 to 2004 as part of the Third Vajpayee ministry,and later as Minister of Revenue in the Government of Karnataka from 2013 to 2016. Prasad was elected to the Lok Sabha from Chamarajanagar six times starting 1980. His last win came from the same constituency in 2019,before he announced his retirement from electoral politics in 2021.
