Abol ol Firuz (Persian : ابوالفيروز‎, also Romanized as Abol ol Fīrūz and Abol Firooz; also known as Abol, Abū ol Fīrūz, and Labal)^[1] is a village in Howmeh Rural District, in the Central District of Dashtestan County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 395, in 89 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Howmeh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Dashtestan County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,838, in 1,500 families. The rural district has 12 villages.
