Khvosh Ab (Persian : خوشاب‎, also Romanized as Khvosh Āb, Khosh Āb, Khowsh Ab, and Khūsh Āb; also known as Khāshāb)^[1] is a village in Howmeh Rural District, in the Central District of Dashtestan County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 648, in 150 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Howmeh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Dashtestan County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,838, in 1,500 families. The rural district has 12 villages.

The Central District of Dashtestan County is a district (bakhsh) in Dashtestan County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 124,291, in 27,199 families.
