Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party (ANRP) is a political party in Nigeria. [1] [2] It was founded on December 16, 2016 by Tope Fasua and some politically concerned Nigerians. The party got officially registered and announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as a full-fledged political party on December 14, 2017, which was exactly two days away from the one year anniversary of the party's formation. Crowdfunding

The party promote and practice crowdfunding, taking inspiration from some political parties in developed nations around the world. The party oppose and preach against allowing moneybags' influence in party operations. The Party rely solely on willful donations, annual subscriptions from registered members, and other innovative means to fund party activities.

Ideology

The ANRP believes self to be a thinking party and doesn't believe any of the extant ideology can be efficient enough to solve the myriad of problems militating against Nigeria. The Party believes every society have rights to devise peculiar solutions to the peculiar problems they face. The First post-registration National Congress of the Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party, held in February 2018, stated in the Party "Constitution" that "Constructive pragmatism" shall be the Party's Ideology.

Abundant Nigeria Renewal Institute (ANRI)

Abundant Nigeria Renewal Institute is the learning establishment set up by ANRP to promote their good governance beliefs and renewal message.

National Working Committee

The party maintains a lean structure with the aim to quickly deliver results. Working Committee at the State, Local Government and Ward levels

This structure at the national level is maintained at the state, local and ward level with the exception of three positions: Legal Adviser, Deputy Legal Adviser and Deputy Secretary for Chapter Coordination.

Ephraim Omorose Ibukun Akpata 91927-2000) was a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and the first chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Nigeria, responsible for the 1998/1999 elections that re-introduced democracy in May 1999.

Tope Fasua Nigerian politician (born 1971)

Tope Kolade Fasua is a Nigerian businessman, economist, writer and 2019 Nigeria Presidential candidate for Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party (ANRP. He is the founder and CEO of Global Analytics Consulting Limited, an international consulting firm with its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. As a political reformer, he founded the Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party and got elected since February 2018, to serve as the National Chairman of the Party. Fasua has authored numerous columns on newspapers and six books.

Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN) is a political party in Nigeria. It was founded in March, 2017 by some politically concerned Nigerians. The current National Chairman of the party is Mr. Emmanuel Dania. The party got officially registered and announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as a full fledged political party on January 10, 2018.

2019 Ogun State gubernatorial election

The election for Governor of Ogun State took place on 9 March. The election was held concurrently with various state-level elections. All Progressive Congress candidate Dapo Abiodun, who is a former senatorial aspirant and chairman of CAC, defeated Allied Peoples Movement candidate Adekunle Akinlade, African Democratic Congress candidate Gboyega Nasir Isiaka, Peoples Democratic Party candidate Buruji Kashamu and Action Democratic Party candidate Dimeji Bankole.
