Acidovorax radicis is a gram-negative, oxidase-positive, catalase-negative, motile, aerobic bacterium from the family Comamonadaceae which was isolated from the surface of sterilized wheat roots. [3] [4] In opposite to other Acidovorax species it has no phytopathogenic potential, moreover it has been shown that it promote plants growing activity. [4]
Acidovorax facilis is an aerobic, chemoorganotrophic bacterium used as a soil inoculant in agriculture and horticulture.
The Gemmatimonadota are a phylum of bacteria established in 2003. The phylum contains two classes Gemmatimonadetes and Longimicrobia.

Acidovorax delafieldii is a Gram-negative soil bacterium. It belongs to Comamonadaceae.
Acidovorax konjaci is a Gram-negative bacterium. It can cause a plant disease, the leaf blight of Amorphophallus rivieri, a food crop of Japan.
Herbaspirillum hiltneri is a Gram-negative bacterium of the genus Herbaspirillum isolated from surface-sterilized wheat roots. It was collected in the Oberpfalz in Germany.
Duganella radicis is a bacterium from the genus Duganella in the Oxalobacteraceae family which was isolated with Duganella sacchari from the rhizosphere of field-grown sugarcane.

Glaciimonas immobilis is a psychrophilic, nonmotile, rod-shaped, Gram-negative bacterium of the genus Glaciimonas which was isolated from alpine glacier cryoconite. Phylogenetic analysis has shown it to belong to the family Oxalobacteraceae.
Naxibacter alkalitolerans is a chemo-organotrophic, catalase-positive, aerobic, and Gram-negative bacterium, which was isolated from a soil sample collected from Yunnan Province in China. Phylogenetic analyses have shown that it belongs to the Oxalobacteraceae.
Massilia albidiflava is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, oxidase and catalase positive, non-spore-forming motile bacterium from the genus Massilia and the family Oxalobacteraceae which was isolated with Massilia dura, Massilia plicata, and Massilia lutea from soil samples in southeast China.
Massilia dura is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, non-spore-forming bacterium from the genus Massilia and family Oxalobacteraceae, which was isolated with Massilia albidiflava, Massilia plicata, and Massilia lutea from soil samples collected from southeast China. Colonies of M. dura are hard and compact and their color is pale white to yellow.
