Konnect Entertainment was an independent South Korean entertainment company founded on June 5, 2019 by Kang Daniel. The company was based in the Gangnam District of Seoul in South Korea. It previously managed solo artists Kang Daniel, Chancellor, and Yuju. It was also home to dance crew We Dem Boyz (WDBZ).

Kim Woojin is a South Korean singer and actor. He is a former member of the boy group Stray Kids, formed by JYP Entertainment in 2017. After leaving the group in late 2019, Kim debuted as a soloist in 2021 with the release of his first extended play (EP) The Moment: A Minor. Kim has since released two additional EPs. Outside of music, Kim has ventured into acting, most notably with a starring role in HBO Max's Brazilian TV series Além do Guarda-Roupa(English: My Magic Closet). Joy Ride is the debut Japanese-language EP by South Korean singer and songwriter Kang Daniel. It was released on October 5, 2022 by Warner Music Japan. Joy Ride contains four tracks, including the lead single of the same name, "TPIR" featuring Japanese singer Miyavi, and four songs from Kang's previous Korean album The Story re-recorded in Japanese.
