Akhtachi (Persian : اختاچي‎, also Romanized as Akhtāchī; also known as Akhtaji, Akhtarchi, and Akhtehchī)^[1] is a village in Abrumand Rural District, in the Central District of Bahar County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 592, in 125 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Abrumand Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Bahar County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,624, in 1,985 families. The rural district has 11 villages.
