Dahnejerd (Persian : دهنجرد‎, also Romanized as Dahanjerd; also known as Danjerd)^[1] is a village in Sofalgaran Rural District, Lalejin District, Bahar County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,019, in 246 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sofalgaran Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Lalejin District, Bahar County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,587, in 2,469 families. The rural district has 10 villages.

Lalejin District is a district (bakhsh) in Bahar County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 44,568, in 10,635 families. The District has two cities: Lalejin and Mohajeran. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Mohajeran Rural District and Sofalgaran Rural District.
