Alastair Wilson (born 19 December 1983, in Sheffield) is a British field hockey player, he has competed in the European championship, as well as in the World Championship and in the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. [1]
Wilson graduated from Nottingham Trent University in business studies, in 2007. He plays as forward in Field Hockey, [2] and he first played for England in January 2005 on a tour of South Africa, and has since played for England 45 times and for Great Britain over 20 times, including three appearances in the EuroHockey Nations Championship, and a part in the 2006 World Cup as substitute for Ben Marsden. Wilson played for Great Britain at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, where the team came fifth in the tournament, and at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where they came fourth, losing the bronze medal match to Australia. [1] [3]
Barry John Middleton is regarded as one of the greatest British field hockey players in history. He played as a midfielder and forward for England and Great Britain and is the most capped British hockey player in history and captained his country for many years.
Robert Stephen "Rob" Moore is an English field hockey player. Moore is amongst the most capped England players and was a key part of the team that picked up a silver medal at the Champions Trophy 2010 and a gold medal at the European Cup 2009. He appeared in the 2012 London Olympics.

In both 2014 and 2015 Lewers was named the England/Great Britain Player of the Year by the Hockey Writers' Club.

Mark Gleghorne is a field hockey player from Northern Ireland who has represented Ireland, England and Great Britain at international level. He represented Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Gleghorne was a member of the England teams that won the bronze medals at the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games and at the 2017 Men's EuroHockey Nations Championship. He also represented England at the 2014 and 2018 Men's Hockey World Cups. At club level, Gleghorne was a member of the Instonians team that won the Irish Senior Cup in both 2002 and 2004. He was also a member of the Punjab Warriors team that won the 2016 Hockey India League title. Gleghorne is a member of a family of field hockey internationals. His younger brother, Paul, is an Ireland international. Two of his aunts, Margaret Gleghorne and Jackie McWilliams, were also Ireland and Great Britain women's internationals.
