Alwiyah binti Talib is a Malaysian politician who has served as a Member of Johor State Legislative Assembly for Endau since 2018 after winning it in the 2018 Johor state election on the ticket of UMNO. [1] In 2022 Johor state election,she retain Endau seat after winning it in the on the ticket of BERSATU. [2]
On 12 May 2018,she quitted UMNO and joined BERSATU. [3]
On 30 January 2022,she denied would leave PPBM. She instead said that her loyalty was still to the party and slammed the allegation,describing it as baseless and damaged her reputation as a loyal party member. [4]

Sultan Ibrahim Medal (PIS)Abdul Latiff bin Ahmad is a Malaysian politician who served as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department for Special Functions from 2021 to 2022. He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mersing from 1999 to 2022.
Datuk Wira Hajah Mas Ermieyati binti Samsudin is a Malaysian politician who has served as Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) since April 2023 and as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Masjid Tanah since May 2013. She served as Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of Parliament and Law in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob and former Minister Wan Junaidi from August 2021 to the collapse of BN administration in November 2022,Deputy Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives in the Perikatan Nasional (PN) administration under former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and former Minister Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar from March 2020 to the collapse of the PN administration in August 2021 and the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Culture in the BN administration under former Prime Minister Najib Razak and former Minister Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz from July 2015 to the collapse of the BN administration in May 2018. She is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),a component party of the PN coalition and was a member of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the BN coalition. He is a member and Division Chief of Simpang Renggam of the People's Justice Party (PKR),a component party of the PH coalition,and professor at the psychology and social sciences faculty at the University of Cyberjaya. He was an independent politician,and member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),then a component party of the PH coalition,as well as a lecturer at the IIUM.
The 2020–2022 Malaysian political crisis was triggered after several Members of Parliament (MPs) of the 14th Malaysian Parliament changed party support,leading to the loss of a parliamentary majority,the collapse of two successive coalition governments,and the resignation of two Prime Ministers. The 2022 Johor state election,formally the 15th Johor general election,took place on 12 March 2022. The election was to elect 56 members of the 15th Johor State Legislative Assembly. The previous assembly was dissolved on 22 January 2022.

Sharifah Azizah died from internal bleeding in Kluang,Johor,on 2 August 2024,at the age of 63. A by-election will be held on 28 September 2024 to elect the new Mahkota MLA.
