The Anchorage School District (ASD) manages all public schools within the Municipality of Anchorage in the U.S. state of Alaska. It is the 107th largest school district in the United States, serving over 45,000 students in more than 90 schools.

The district office is located in the Odessa Park Building, 313 South Fifth Street, in Odessa, Delaware, with Matthew Burrows as the current superintendent. Former superintendent Tony Marchio retired in June 2011. The district is growing by nearly 600 students every year, making it the fastest growing school district in Delaware.

The Eastern Mediterranean Activities Conference (EMAC) was a regional sports and activities league founded in 1978 that hosted tournaments in a wide range of athletic and academic activities. The conference consisted of mostly American schools, with some British schools, from mostly 11 nations - Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Syria, and the UAE. At its peak, 27 schools were a part of the conference. Occasionally, schools who were not EMAC members and even from other countries were allowed to participate in certain tournaments as affiliates. EMAC ceased to exist as a conference in 2011.

The Cambridge School is a private international school that is located in Doha, Qatar, the school provides an education based on the National Curriculum for England to students from Kindergarten to Year 13. The school prepares students for the IGCSE, AS and A Level, following the Cambridge International Examinations Board. The school has grown from just under 300 students seven years ago to almost over 1,500 students with over 60 different nationalities. Some of the teachers are from the United Kingdom, although most of them are from South Africa and India. The school is founded by Mohammed Taleb Mohammed Al Khouri and managed by the Taleb Group. The company also own and manage two other schools in Qatar, Cambridge International School for Girls and Doha Modern Indian School.
The Middle East South Asia Conference (MESAC) is an athletic and academic conference consisting of six international schools in the Middle East and India. The conference was formed in 2010 for the purpose of creating a smaller, more intimate medium for athletic and academic competitions compared to the conference's predecessor, EMAC. Events are hosted at one of the conference's six schools in India, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE. From 2017 to 2019, students from the American School of Doha couldn't travel to the UAE, and as a result could not attend any of the events hosted in the UAE schools.
The Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) is located in Gharafat Al Rayyan, on the Dukhan Highway in Doha, Qatar. The convention centre is a member of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development and is situated on Qatar Foundation’s 2,500-acre campus alongside the Sidra Medical and Research Center, Qatar Science & Technology Park, Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar, Texas A&M, and Georgetown University, among others.
Founded in 1850, the Arkansas School for the Deaf (ASD) is a state-run public school in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States, serving deaf and hard of hearing students through residential, day school, and part-time enrollment programs. The school offers preschool through high school, and is affiliated with the Arkansas Association of the Deaf (AAD) and the National Association of the Deaf (NAD).

The nations are tied in a key discourse protocol, where conversation over various issues of significance to the two capitals are occurring consistently.
