Anindya Bose is a Bengali singer composer lyricist. He is one of the popular Bengali singer based out of Kolkata. He is also famous as a music composer and a scriptwriter of Bengali films. Anindya Bose is also an activist who took part in different social activity. He was one of the major face of #hokkolorob.
Bankim Puraskar is the highest award given by the Government of West Bengal for contribution to Bengali fiction. The award was instituted in 1975 in memory of Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, a famous Bengali novelist of the 19th century. It has been brought under the aegis of Paschimbanga Bangla Akademi, functioning under the Department of Information & Cultural Affairs, in 2003. The award is handed over by the Chief Minister of West Bengal.

Subarnalata was a Bengali television series that originally aired on Zee Bangla in 2010, and was based on the second part of the book trilogy by Ashapoorna Devi of the same name. It premiered from April 2010 at 6pm and was shifted to 8:30pm from July 2010. During the lock-down imposed in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all shooting at sets was shut. Following huge audience request, Subarnalata began re-telecasted. This Show is 3rd time repeat telecast on Zee Bangla Cinema on 30 June 2024.
Tiki-Taka, previously titled as Khelechi Ajgubi, is a 2020 Indian ZEE5 original Bengali language sports drama situational comedy film directed and produced by Parambrata Chattopadhyay. The film stars African national Emona Enabulu in the lead role while director Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Ritabhari Chakraborty and Saswata Chatterjee play supporting roles in the film. The film was set against the backdrop of West Bengal and other parts of North-East India. The film was premiered via ZEE5 on 11 September 2020 and opened to positive reviews.
Swastika Dutta known mononymously as Swastika, is an Indian Bengali actress who works in Bengali cinema. She made her debut in 2015 Bengali film Parbona Ami Chartey Tokey. She is known for her role as Dali in the comedy TV serial Bhojo Gobindo (2017), as Keka in the serial Bijoyinee (2018), and as Radhika in Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay (2019).

Aalta Phoring was an Indian Bengali drama television series on Star Jalsha which premiered on 10 January 2022. It was produced by Susanta Das under the banner of Tent Cinema. It starred Kheyali Mondal, Arnab Banerjee and Saoli Chattopadhyay. From October 2022, the show starred Abhishek Bose as a new lead.
