Angels & Demons is the eighth studio album released by Australian singer-songwriter Peter Andre. The album was released on 29 October 2012, and was preceded by the lead single, "Bad as You Are".
The tracks on the album "reveal Peter as a stronger, more mature vocalist, as he takes his sound into exciting new musical genres. A move that promises to impress even the most hardened of Andre critics and delight existing fans, whilst simultaneously reaching out to new listening audiences." The album was recorded in both the United Kingdom and United States, and reportedly "hits hard with stronger, more mature vocals and successfully explores surprising new musical dimensions. Moving forward from the uniquely Britishness of his previous album, the album traverses the full musical spectrum." For the album, Andre collaborated with a number of legendary hit writers and producers, including Nasri, known for his work with Justin Bieber, Chris Brown and Simon Britton (Run D.M.C./Boyz II Men). [2] [3] He also collaborated with Jaylien Wesley, known for his work with Akon, Cheryl Cole, Will.i.am, etc.

The album is described as "the record which brings Peter's musical career to its absolute pinnacle. With a substantial marketing campaign in place to support the launch, Andre seizes this fresh opportunity to present us all with something totally new. New label, new image, incredible new sound." [5] The album will be supported by a nationwide 31-date tour of the United Kingdom, taking place over three months between December 2012 and February 2013, playing a variety of Up Close and Personal dates. Peter stated in an interview that; "This album is like nothing that I've ever made before. I've explored new genre territories and my voice has matured and strengthened. Fans and industry should prepare to hear something very different from me in this album. I’m so excited by the way it’s shaping up that I’ve decided to create a special deluxe edition for the fans. The deluxe fan’s edition of the album will be in a beautiful hardback book with exclusive pictures – and the best bit is it gives me the chance to thank each one of you personally. I just can’t wait for you all to hear it." [7]
A deluxe fan's edition of the album is available to purchase exclusively via Burning Shed. The fan's edition features include; the album packaged in a deluxe hardback book; those who purchased the edition before 29 September having their name printed inside; bonus tracks; exclusive pictures; and a full hand-written lyric sheet. Those who did not have the chance to have their name printed inside the booklet will feature on a dedicated fan page on Andre's website, which will feature the names of those customers. The list will be published online on 29 October. [8] The Album was certified by IMPALA with a Silver Sales Award.
The album's track listing was confirmed by HMV. [9] 30 second snippets of "What A Girl", "Bad As You Are" and "X" appeared on Peter's SoundCloud account prior to the album's release. [10] [11] [12] "Fly Away" was originally set to feature a verse from rapper Talib Kweli, however, it was later revealed that Kweli's verse was taken without consent by Andre's producers, from one of Kweli's mixtape recordings, without Andre knowing. A solo version of the track was instead included on the album. [13] "Lift The Sky" is listed on the album cover as a dedication to Andre's two children, Junior and Princess, and his stepson, Harvey.

Gorillaz are an English virtual band created in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett, from London. The band primarily consists of four fictional members: 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs (drums). Their universe is presented in media such as music videos, interviews, comic strips and short cartoons. Gorillaz' music has featured collaborations with a wide range of featured artists, with Albarn as the only permanent musical contributor.
Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong, known professionally as Dido, is an English singer and songwriter. She attained international success with her debut album No Angel (1999). Hit singles from the album include "Here with Me" and "Thank You". It sold over 21 million copies worldwide, and it won her several awards, including two Brit Awards; additionally, she won Best British Album and Best British Female as well as the MTV Europe Music Award for Best New Act. The first verse of "Thank You" is sampled in "Stan", a critically acclaimed collaboration with American rapper Eminem. Baby. as a side project that would become a full album after No Doubt went on hiatus. D-Sides is a 2007 compilation album by the British virtual band Gorillaz. The album contains B-sides and remixes from singles and bonus tracks for the band's second studio album Demon Days, as well as previously unreleased tracks recorded during the same sessions. It was released on 19 November 2007 in the UK and on 20 November in the United States and is available in standard and deluxe editions. The Japanese deluxe edition includes three extra tracks, plus the video for 'Rockit'. D-Sides performed similarly to its 2002 predecessor, G-Sides, reaching No. 63 on the UK Albums Chart, while it reached No. 166 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
A Dramatic Turn of Events is the eleventh studio album by American progressive metal band Dream Theater, released worldwide in September 2011 through Roadrunner Records. It is the band's first recording to feature drummer Mike Mangini, following the departure of founding member Mike Portnoy in September 2010. The album was written, recorded, mixed, and mastered between January and June 2011 at Cove City Sound Studios in Long Island, New York. The album was recorded from 2012 to 2013 with several different producers, with Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin serving as executive producers. Nav originally began his career as a producer, co-producing fellow Canadian rapper Drake's single, "Back to Back", in 2015. Nav is signed to Canadian singer the Weeknd's record label XO and its parent label, Republic Records, and is managed by XO managers Amir "Cash" Esmailian and Wassim "Sal" Slaiby.
"Life of the Party" is a song by American rappers Kanye West and André 3000. It was intended for West's tenth studio album Donda (2021), but was left off the album due to André 3000 not agreeing to his verse being edited to a clean version. The song was later leaked by Canadian rapper Drake on Sound 42 radio amidst a feud with West. It was initially released as an exclusive to the Donda Stem Player in October 2021. The song was released fully in November 2021 on the deluxe version of Donda, and an explicit version as a single.
