The first two parts were opened on March 24, 2012 making it the eighth road bridge in the capital of Poland, and it is now complete with the first tram line launched 21 January 2013.

Solec is a neighbourhood along the Vistula river in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. It is situated east of Frascati on the southeastern edge of Downtown and south of the Powiśle suburb. Solec was a self governing settlement and town from 1675 until its incorporation into Warsaw in 1791. The name "Solec" is derived from the Polish word for salt – sól – which was extensively traded and transported through the neighbourhood since the late Middle Ages. However, contemporary Solec is mostly occupied by residential tower blocks and commercial buildings.

The Sobieski Oak is an over 400-year-old specimen of pedunculate oak located within the Łężczok nature reserve, within the administrative boundaries of Racibórz. It is the thickest and oldest tree in Racibórz, the Łężczok reserve, and one of the three oldest and most magnificent trees in the Rudy Landscape Park. By the decision of the Presidium of the Provincial National Council in Opole dated 14 April 1967, it was designated a natural monument. It is surrounded by a small, wooden fence.
