The Warsaw Metro is a rapid transit underground system serving the Polish capital Warsaw. It currently consists of two lines, the north-south Line M1 which links central Warsaw with its densely populated northern and southern districts, and the east-west Line M2, of which the westernmost segment is in construction. Three more lines are still being planned. The system is operated by Metro Warszawskie sp. z o.o., a company owned by the city, and managed by Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego w Warszawie. It is currently the only metro system in Poland.
Controlled-access highways in Poland are part of the national roads network and they are divided into motorways and expressways. Both types of highways feature grade-separated interchanges with all other roads, emergency lanes, feeder lanes, wildlife crossings and dedicated roadside rest areas. Motorways differ from expressways in their technical parameters, like designated speed, permitted road curvature, lane widths or minimal distances between interchanges. Moreover, expressways might have single carriageway sections in case of low traffic densities.

It is the busiest airport in Poland and 32nd busiest airport in Europe with 14.4 million passengers in 2022, handling approximately 40% of the country's total air passenger traffic. The airport is a central hub for LOT Polish Airlines as well as a base for Enter Air and Wizz Air.
The autostrada A2 in Poland, officially named the Motorway of Freedom, is a motorway which runs from the Polish-German border, through Poznań and Łódź to Warsaw and, in the future, to the Polish-Belarusian border. It is a part of European route E30.
The A8 motorway or Wrocław Motorway Bypass is a 26.8-kilometre (16.7 mi) motorway bypass of the city of Wrocław, Poland. The motorway includes the 122-metre (400 ft) high Rędziński Bridge over the Oder river.
The Public Transport Authority is a local government body organising public transport in Warsaw and surrounding metropolitan area. Services managed by the Authority are corporately branded as Warszawski Transport Publiczny. These include: bus and tram networks, two metro lines, szybka kolej miejska trains and park-and-ride car parks.
Warsaw Szybka Kolej Miejska is a mixed rapid transit and commuter rail system in the Warsaw metropolitan area, operated by the city owned company Szybka Kolej Miejska Sp. z o.o. under the management of Public Transport Authority in Warsaw on shared, general railway lines managed by the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe.
Expressway S3 or express road S3 is a Polish highway, which is planned to run from Świnoujście on the Baltic Sea through Szczecin, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Zielona Góra and Legnica, to the border with the Czech Republic, where it will connect to the planned D11 motorway. The total intended length is 470.6 km (292.4 mi), of which 404.7 km (251.5 mi) is open to traffic and 65.9 km (40.9 mi) is under construction as of April 2023.
Expressway S7 or express road S7 is a Polish highway which has been planned to run from Gdańsk on the Baltic coast through Elbląg, Warsaw, Radom, Kielce and Kraków to Rabka near the border with Slovakia. It was built partially by upgrading National Road 7 and partially on a new alignment. The construction is co-financed by the European Union funding. The total planned length of S7 is 720 km (450 mi), of which 572 km (355 mi) has been built and a further 78 km (48 mi) is under construction as of July 2023.
Expressway S8 or express road S8, officially named The Route of the Heroes of the Battle of Warsaw 1920 is a Polish highway which connects Wrocław via Łódź and Warsaw to Białystok. The whole road is 554 km (344 mi) long. Its fragment forming the bypass of Wrocław (22.7 km) is constructed in motorway standard and marked as A8.
Expressway S17 or express road S17 is a Polish highway which, when completed, will run from Warsaw through Lublin to the border crossing with Ukraine at Hrebenne/Rava-Ruska. As of April 2023, 163 km (101 mi) out of planned 310 km (190 mi) are opened to traffic: the main section running from Warsaw through Lublin to Piaski, as well as bypasses of Tomaszów Lubelski and Hrebenne.
Expressway S79 is an expressway in Warsaw acting as a spur route between the southern S2 Expressway section of the Warsaw Express Ring Road at Warszawa Południe junction and Int. Frederic Chopin Airport, ending at the junction with the inner-city Marynarska road. On a stretch between Warszawa Południe and Warszawa–Puławska junctions, S79 has concurrency with S2.
The Maria Skłodowska-Curie Bridge is a bridge over the Vistula River in Warsaw, Poland, linking the northern suburbs of Białołęka and Bielany. The structure actually consists of three parallel bridges, two for motor vehicles and one for light rail, bicycles, and pedestrians. The first two parts were opened on March 24, 2012 making it the eighth road bridge in the capital of Poland, and it is now complete with the first tram line launched 21 January 2013.
National road 2 is an A-class, S-class and GP-class Polish national road, being part of the European route E30 from Cork (Ireland) to Omsk (Russia). The highway traverses through the Lubusz, Greater Poland, Łódź Masovian and Lublin voivodeships. It runs latitudinally.
Warsaw Radom Airport, also known as Radom-Sadków Airport is a civil and military airport in central Poland, located approximately 3 km (1.9 mi) east of Radom city center and 100 km (62 mi) from Warsaw. The name "Sadków" comes from the suburb of Radom in which the airport is located. The airport has been in operation since the 1920s. The airport has one 2000x45m (6,562x147,6 ft) runway. The middle section is asphalt concrete, with 200m and 230m end sections of concrete. Taxiways are 14 meters wide and were renovated in the year 2000.
Veturilo is a public bicycle sharing system in Warsaw, Poland, launched on 1 August 2012 with 55 stations and 1000 bicycles in 3 districts - Śródmieście, Bielany and Ursynów, 2 other stations started operating in the middle of August in Wilanów. It is the biggest public bicycle sharing system in Poland and the fifth largest in Europe. It is also considered one of the most successful bike sharing systems in the world.
Filipiny Płaskowickiej street is a thoroughfare which links the west and the east of Ursynów. It starts nearby the Nowoursynowska and crosses: Rosoła, Cynamonowa, Lanciego, Komisji Edukacji Narodowej, Dereniowa, Stryjeńskich, Pileckiego, Polskie Drogi and Roentgena. It has its end in the crossing with Puławska. Since 2017, the street is being rebuilt because of the construction project of the Expressway S2 including tunnel under Płaskowickiej.
Łódź Ring Road is a complex of motorways and expressways in Poland, built in order to decrease the traffic in the city of Łódź and neighboring regions of Zgierz, Pabianice and Rzgów.
Line M1 is the first line of the Warsaw Metro. It is 23.1 km long, has 21 stations and runs from the Kabaty estate in the Ursynów district to the Młociny district in Bielany.
