Datuk Anwar Ayuub @ Annuar Ayub (also known as Datuk Annuar Ayub Aman,abbreviation AAA;born 29 August 1963) [2] is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Liawan since September 2020. He is a member of the Homeland Solidarity Party (STAR) a component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and formerly Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalitions He has served as a STAR Vice President since 2016.
Annuar Ayub started his political career by joining STAR Party on 18 December 2018. He has become a key member of Sabah STAR Party because of the contributions he has given to people around Keningau,especially in his own state constituency of Liawan. In 2020,he became a Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for the Liawan constituency (representing GRS-STAR),defeating the incumbent,Rasinin Kautis and as a result of his electoral victory,he was appointed as the Vice President of Sabah STAR Party representing the Muslim Bumiputera quota.
He is the son of Datuk Ayub Haji Aman (born 1941),a retired politician who was once a state cabinet minister during the Sabah People's United Party rule from 1976 to 1986 under the Chief Ministership of Harris Salleh. His uncle,Musa Aman is the former Chief Minister of Sabah from 2003 to 2018,while his other uncle,Anifah Aman is a former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia and was later appointed President of Parti Cinta Sabah which contested in the 2020 Sabah state election. His paternal first cousin,Yamani Hafez Musa was once a Member of Parliament for Sipitang in the 14th Malaysian Parliament term. [4] [5]

Datuk Seri Panglima Mohd Shafie bin Apdal is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Semporna since April 1995,State Leader of the Opposition of Sabah since September 2020 and Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Senallang since May 2018. He served as the 15th Chief Minister and the State Minister of Finance of Sabah from May 2018 to September 2020,Minister of Rural and Regional Development from April 2009 to July 2015 and Vice-President of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He has served as the 1st and founding President of Heritage Party (WARISAN) since October 2016. He lost the power as Chief Minister of Sabah following the defeat of his coalition WARISAN + in the 2020 state election.
Musa Bin Haji Aman is a Malaysian politician who served as the 14th Chief Minister,State Minister of Finance from March 2003 to May 2018,Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Sungai Sibuga from February 1994 to September 2020,the former State Chairman of Barisan Nasional (BN) and United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) of Sabah. In April 2023,He become the direct member of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS). He is the longest-serving Chief Minister of Sabah by holding the position for 15 years and is the older half brother of Anifah Aman,the Special Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sabah on International Relations and Foreign Investments,President of Love Sabah Party (PCS) and former Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Jeffrey Gapari Kitingan is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah I since January 2023 and State Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sabah for the second term since September 2020. He served as the Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah II from October 2020 to his promotion in January 2023 and the first term in the position in May 2018. Anifah bin Haji Aman @ Haniff Amman is a Malaysian politician who has served as Senator since March 2023,Chairman of the Labuan Corporation since June 2023,Special Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sabah Hajiji Noor on International Relations and Foreign Investments since January 2023 and the 3rd President of the Love Sabah Party (PCS) since July 2020. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs,Deputy Minister of Primary Industries and Deputy Minister of Primary Industries in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Ministers Mahathir Mohamad,Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Najib Razak and former Ministers Lim Keng Yaik and Peter Chin Fah Kui from December 1999 to the collapse of the BN administration in May 2018 as well as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Beaufort from November 1999 to March 2004 and for Kimanis from March 2004 to August 2019 and for Beaufort from November 1999 to March 2004. He is a member of the Homeland Solidarity Party (STAR) a component party of the GRS and formerly Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalitions and was a member of the United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO),a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) and formerly Barisan Nasional (BN) coalitions.
