The Archdiocesan Athletic Association (AAA) is a high school athletic conference comprising private high schools located in the St. Louis, Missouri metro area. Most are Catholic schools, operated by the Archdiocese of St. Louis. [1]

Members

The Archdiocesan Athletic Association consists of eleven high schools. The conference is divided into two divisions, split into larger and smaller schools. [2] [3] [4] [5] The conference comprises schools in Class 3, Class 4 and Class 5 (in basketball). [6]

St. Louis University High School (SLUH) is a Jesuit Catholic high school for boys. He previously served as bishop of the Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana from1957 to 1965 and bishop of the Diocese of Columbus in Ohio from 1965 to 1968.

St. John Vianney High School is a private, all-male Catholic college preparatory school in Kirkwood, Missouri. The school was opened in 1960 by the Society of Mary (Marianists), a religious order of priests and brothers who continue to run the school, and is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Saint Louis, along with the Marianists' Chaminade College Preparatory School and St. Mary's High School.

Bishop Shanahan High School is located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. It's part of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's Catholic school system. Named after Right Rev. John W. Shanahan, the third bishop of Harrisburg, the school is the only archdiocesan high school in Chester County. Construction of the current building began in 1996. It opened in 1998, and the first class graduated from it in 1999. The school had previously been located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In June 2008, Bishop Shanahan celebrated its 50th anniversary with the graduation of its 50th senior class.
