Artie Starrs (born 1976 or 1977) is an American business executive who is the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Harley-Davidson. [1] [2] [3]

Education

Starrs has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Princeton University. [4]

Career

Starrs was an investment banker with Wasserstein Perella & Co./Union Bancaire Privée UK. [5] He was the chief financial officer of Rave Cinemas before joining Pizza Hut in 2013. [6] [7] Starrs became the CEO of the Pizza Hut Division of Yum! Brands in 2019. [8]

Starrs is on the board of directors of the Washington, D.C. non-profit First Book since 2020. [9]

He left Pizza Hut to become the CEO of Dallas, Texas-based Topgolf in 2021. [10] [11] [12] [13]

Starrs is on the board of directors of Dine Brands since May 2023. He is also on the boards of the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra and Greenhill School. [14] [15]

After leaving Topgolf, Starrs became the CEO of Milwaukee, Wisconsin based Harley-Davidson in October 2025. [16] [17] [18] [19] His base salary at Harley is $1.2 million and he now owns a Harley. [20] [21]

Personal life

Starrs is married to Elizabeth and they have two children. [5] [9] [21]
