"A Little Less Conversation" is a 1968 song recorded by American singer Elvis Presley, written by Mac Davis and Billy Strange and published by Gladys Music, Inc., originally performed in the film Live a Little, Love a Little. The song became a minor hit in the United States when released as a single with "Almost in Love" as the A-side. A 2002 remix by Dutch musician Junkie XL of a later re-recording of the song by Presley became a worldwide hit, topping the singles charts in nine countries and was awarded certifications in ten countries by 2003.
"Discothèque" is a song by Irish rock band U2. It is the opening track on their 1997 album, Pop, and was released as its lead single on 3 February 1997. The song exhibits influences from electronic dance music, characteristic of the band's musical direction in the 1990s. The music video, directed by Stéphane Sednaoui, was set inside of a mirrorball and featured the band members dressed as members of the disco group the Village People.
"Get the Party Started" is a song by American singer Pink, released on October 16, 2001, as the lead single from her second album, Missundaztood (2001). It received positive reviews and became an international success and reached the top ten in many countries, peaking at number one in Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Romania, Spain, and the Walloon region of Belgium. The song was Pink's biggest-selling song at that time.
"Freelove" is a song by English electronic group Depeche Mode. It was released on 5 November 2001 as the third single from their album Exciter. It reached No.19 in the UK Singles Charts. The single version, which was produced by Flood, is strikingly different from the album version with a much shorter running time and an additional drum track.
"Rock Your Body" is a song by American singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake from his debut studio album, Justified (2002). The Neptunes wrote and produced the song. The song features background vocals by American singer Vanessa Marquez, who was signed to The Neptunes' Star Trak record label at the time. Jive Records released the track on March 17, 2003, as the third single from Justified. Originally intended to be featured on Michael Jackson's tenth studio album Invincible (2001), Jackson rejected the song along with several other tracks, which were instead given to Timberlake for his debut album. It is an uptempo, disco groove, soul infused song containing influences from Jackson and Stevie Wonder.
"Move Your Feet" is a song by Danish pop duo Junior Senior from their debut studio album, D-D-Don't Don't Stop the Beat (2002). The song, originally released in June 2002 in the duo's native Denmark, was issued worldwide in 2003 and became Junior Senior's biggest hit, reaching No. 4 in Denmark, No. 3 in the United Kingdom, and No. 20 in Australia. A music video for the song, directed by British art collective Shynola, was created using low-resolution pixel art.
"Murder on the Dancefloor" is a song written by Gregg Alexander and Sophie Ellis-Bextor, produced by Alexander and Matt Rowe for Ellis-Bextor's first album, Read My Lips (2001). Released on 3 December 2001, the song peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart and stayed on the chart for 23 weeks. The song became a top-10 hit worldwide, charting within the top three in Australia, New Zealand, and four European countries. In the United States, where the song was serviced to radio in September 2002, the single reached number nine on the Billboard Dance Singles Sales chart. "Murder on the Dancefloor" is reported to have been the most played song in Europe in 2002. In 2023, the Emerald Fennell film Saltburn featured the iconic song in a key scene.
"Breathe" is a song by American singer Blu Cantrell from her second studio album, Bittersweet (2003). A remixed version featuring Sean Paul was released as a single in February 2003, several months after the album version was released in November 2002. "Mundian To Bach Ke" (IPA:[mʊɳɖɪãːtõːbətːʃkeː]), also titled "Beware of the Boys (Mundian To Bach Ke)" or "Beware", is a bhangra music song produced by British musician Panjabi MC, with vocals and lyrics by Punjabi artist Labh Janjua. The song was produced by Panjabi MC in Birmingham, England, for his 1998 album Legalised.
"Make Luv" is a song by Italian music producer Room 5 featuring the sampled voice of American R&B singer Oliver Cheatham from his 1983 hit "Get Down Saturday Night". Released in March 2003, "Make Luv" reached No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart, where it remained for four weeks in March and April 2003. The song also reached the top 10 in Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Romania.

The song was written by both the members; Nadia Ali and Markus Moser, while production was handled just by Moser. The song was released in the United Kingdom on October 29, 2001, by Data Records and was released in the United States via Universal Records in January 2002.
"Fly By II" is a song by English boy band Blue. It was released on 18 March 2002 as the fourth single from their debut studio album, All Rise (2001). The release includes the band's first non-album exclusive, "Love R.I.P". "Fly By II" is a remixed version of the All Rise album track "Fly By", which samples the song "Rise" by Herb Alpert, while the remix samples from the Notorious B.I.G.'s "Hypnotize". The remix reached number six on the UK Singles Chart.

The song is based on an excerpt of Martin's 1999 single "Share the Love". "Loneliness" was released as a single in September 2002 in Germany and in April 2003 in the United Kingdom. The single peaked at number 10 on the German Singles Chart and topped the UK Singles Chart.
"The Night" is a song by German hard dance band Scooter. It heavily interpolates "The Night" by Valerie Dore. The song was released as the second single from Scooter's ninth studio album, The Stadium Techno Experience, on 26 May 2003. Upon its release, "The Night" reached number eight in Hungary, number 10 in Germany, and reached the top 20 in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
"Nessaja" is a song written by Peter Maffay and Rolf Zuckowski from the musical Tabaluga released in 1983 on the album Tabaluga oder die Reise zur Vernunft. German band Scooter released a version as single on 8 April 2002. It features as a bonus track on the group's first live album, Encore: Live and Direct, and was the first Scooter single to feature newest member at that time Jay Frog. The pitch shifted female vocals are performed by Nicole Sukar. "Nessaja" became Scooter's first and only number-one single in Germany and reached number two in Austria, Norway, and Romania. In the United Kingdom, the song peaked at number four on the UK Singles Chart.
"You're a Superstar" is a song by Canadian Eurodance group Love Inc. It was released in June 1998 as the second single from the album Love Inc., after "Broken Bones." "You're a Superstar" was Love Inc.'s biggest hit, peaking at number 13 on the Canadian RPM Top Singles chart and number one on the RPM Dance Chart. It also peaked at number eight in Spain and number 23 in the Netherlands.
