Averill Peak is a mountain summit located in the town of Saranac, in Clinton County, New York. It is part of the Adirondack Mountains.

Algonquin Peak is in the MacIntyre Range in the town of North Elba, in Essex County, New York. Its name comes from its reputedly being on the Algonquian side of a nearby informal boundary between the Algonquian and their Iroquois neighbors.
Iroquois Peak is the eighth-highest peak in the Adirondack Mountains in New York State, U.S., and is part of the MacIntyre Range, which also includes Wright Peak, Mount Marshall, and Algonquin Peak. Although the mountain does not have an officially maintained trail, a well-maintained "herd path" leads to the summit from the northeast.

South Dix is a mountain located in Essex County, New York. The mountain is part of the Dix Range, named after John A. Dix (1798–1879), New York Secretary of State in 1837, and later Governor. The name is being changed to Carson Peak, after Russell M.L. Carson (1884–1961), author of Peaks and People of the Adirondacks. South Dix is flanked to the northeast by Grace Peak, to the northwest by Hough Peak, and to the southwest by Macomb Mountain.
Hough Peak is a mountain located in Essex County, New York. The mountain, part of the Dix Range, is named after Franklin B. Hough (1822–1885), the first chief of the United States Division of Forestry, and sometimes called the "father of American forestry". Hough Peak is flanked to the north by Dix Mountain, and to the south by South Dix.

Hurricane Mountain is a 3,688-foot-tall (1,124 m) mountain near Keene in the north of the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks in New York, United States. It is considered to boast some of the most impressive views of any of the lesser peaks; this is due to its prominence, and because its summit was cleared by Verplanck Colvin in the course of his early survey of the Adirondacks. On a clear day, the length of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains of Vermont are visible to the east, and many of the High Peaks can be seen to the south through the northwest. There is a disused fire tower on the top.
