Oksana Kurt, also known as Oksana Parkhomenko, ; is a retired Azerbaijani indoor volleyball player, recognized as one of the most successful volleyball players in her country. Kurt is the most capped player in the history of Azerbaijan women's national team and was the team captain from 2006 until 2015. She retired from volleyball in 2015 and works as a volleyball manager.

She won the silver medal in the 2011 Pan American Games being selected Best Spiker and Most Valuable Player and twice won the bronze medal in the NORCECA Continental Championship, in 2009 and 2011.
The 2015-16 season of the Azerbaijan Women's Volleyball Super League was the annual season of the country's highest volleyball level. The League of Azerbaijan began on November 6 and included the Georgian Tbilisi club and an Azerbaijani Junior team. Azerrail Baku won the championship final series 3-0 matches over Telekom Baku and Lokomotiv Baku won the bronze medal. The American Madison Kingdon from Azerrail Baku became league's Most Valuable Player.
